Picked up a iPhone 12 Pro Max for a decent price. Realised when I got home that one of the camera lenses wasn’t focusing properly, took it back and they promptly fixed it in 30 minutes for free. Great business, would 10/10 use again.

Went in with scratches on one corner and a chip on the opposite corner. A screen change and £70 later and half the frame's damaged all they would say is we didn't touch the frame. Honor us the one at fault. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.Pics do not show original damage.Yes the screen was damaged but not smashed. The phone had been dropped on the bottom left corner, the screen was flickering on and off and the frame was not damaged the whole way around. Chat all the rubbish you want but I'm just warning people. You damaged the phone frame hid it under tape that hadn't been removed when we checked the screen to make sure it was working and when we had paid and left then noticed it, you decided it wasn't you.
