I have recently had my ensuite and cloak room refitted by Ian, the fixtures came from the Bathroom Store, the work undertaken was to the highest standard. the fixtures were of good quality, both were excellent value. I am very satisfied with the work that was carried out the standard of the fitting and the cost. Ian - Interior Installers, has an amazing team behind him who have far exceeded our expectations in the timely renovation of our two bathrooms. Whilst it was always going to be a disruptive undertaking, Ian and his team made the whole process as stress-free as possible, and we've been left with two amazing new bathrooms.We would definitely recommend Ian and his team to anyone looking to update their bathrooms.

Ian and his team carried out a downstairs shower room refit. New toilet, basin and vanity unit and changed old electric shower for a power shower. Really happy not only with the finished result but the way in which the work was carried out from the start. Very professional, good standard of workmanship and communication.

Ian and his crew did a wonderful job transforming our tiny bathroom into a beautiful space, Ian gave insightful advice & really listened to what I wanted. The quality of the work was outstanding, we are planning a kitchen remodel in 2021 and shall definitely be calling interior installers for the job. Cannot recommend enough!

Ian and his team completed our rear single storey on time and on budget, clean work and good communication, will ask them back in the new year to quote our bathrooms.

Ian came round to design my kitchen, had some great advice which allowed me to create an even more efficient space. Following this, his team were then quick to install and I couldn't be happier with the job.

We were recommended Ian and Interior Installers to install our new bathroom. Pretty much all materials were paid for but some wood panelling. So, we was quoted for ripping out and fitting, the wood panelling (so we thought) and all installation.The work was halted as a panelling wouldn’t be available till shops reopen due to pandemic. We had paid £1500 for 4 or so days work up to this point, £600 left to pay for finishing. Nearing closer to reopening we wanted to book Interior Installers to come back and complete work when possible.As many weeks had gone by some attitudes had changed and now Ian claimed wood panelling was not included in original quote as we thought agreed; Also said we owed more money from work previously done. All of which we couldnt afford as we were already overbudget from addtional work and materials which Ian felt nessasary (which we didnt dispute) which we also paid for.After trying to dispute this Ian began to suggest we were threatening him and then refused to come back and complete the work.We have a toilet way off to the side, no wood panelling, a cracked tile whilst drilling which they were meant to refit, a bad gash in our living room floor which had appeared during bathroom fitting, a leak through to the kitchen which they failed to fix after installation and since we also are losing pressure in our hot water system causing our pump to activate every 20 mins.We tried to resolve and come to a resonable understading but Ian and Interior Installers refused. A very unprofessional service with a failure to meet promised standards and agreed terms. Very unhappy!

Ian and his team did a lovely job of installing my new bathroom, i'm very happy with the finished room and all the advice and assistance given prior. I would use them again.

Better late than never. Ian and his team were outstanding at the start of the pandemic. We had a kitchen ordered to be delivered in April 2020, which could not be cancelled. We worked with Ian to have a segregated work area to make it safe for his team and use. Which worked as nobody caught COVID. The kitchen went in with a few minor problems of getting materials and a great job when finished. It took a little longer than expected but this was not down to Ian, and more to finding materials at that time. Bathroom is next on the list so will be giving him a call again soon.

Ian and his team did a superb job of designing my whole bathroom and changing the layout to fit in a shower rather than a bath in a small spaces. Nothing was too much trouble and was also helpful. Would definitely recommend him, and will use him again.
