NL Clinic Isle of Wight

Excellent service from Laura and Leah. Results came through in the time frame expected. Had my test at Healthwell Clinic at Gurnard Pines which was professional with free parking.

Testing at NL Clinic was very efficient and super easy (which is needed with a lot of holiday stress at this time). The clinic was very clean and the clinician was very welcoming. She explained the next steps for us to recieve the results and I would highly recommend using the clinic. Thank you NL Clinic IOW.

The PCR test was so quick, efficient & the best we've ever had. No gagging ...we didn't even feel the throat swab. I get nosebleeds so easily & the nose swab was taken very gently. Awesome service. Thank you.

Very easy process and a lovely lady who did our tests. Promised to give us the results within 2 hours. They were delivered before this and both negative so now we can go on holiday knowing we are safe and in the clear!Thanks for your service :)

Me and my partner are off on holiday and needed our PCR tests doing. Laura was amazing. We were a little worried about the tests but she was very knowledgable and reassuring. She even made us coffee! Lovely lady. Thank you!

A very easy experience with NL Clinic at Gurnard. A nice lady took swab that was painless and let me know when results would be through. I paid for the 2 day test not 24 hour. I received the results about 25 hours later. Great service, many thanks.

We went for a fit to fly test for a Royal Caribbean Cruise, sailing from Southampton. Royal Caribbean had dedicated PCR testing sights around the UK but not on the Isle of Wight.We contacted RC and they were fine about us having it done at NL Clinic and would refund the money thru an on board credit, which if not used, will be refunded back to our credit card.We had heard such horror stories about people having these test but Laura is AMAZING.... she put us at ease and it was all done within a few seconds.Results came back the next day about 10pm.Royal Caribbean scanned our results as we checked in and within 24 hours the credit was on our on-board account.It was all so easy. As we didn't use the on-board credit (apart from a little flutter in the casino!) we are now awaiting the refund to show on our credit card!!We did have to pay the difference as RC only refund £100 per person.....but thats the price you have to pay for living on the lovely IOW.

Laura was professional & efficient - very friendly - made us feel very comfortable - my husband & I needed 48hr rt-pcrs - the results came through 10pm Wed night before flight at 1pm Thurs - would definitely use them again

Outstanding Clinic and Service!My Husband needed to fly to Italy on compassionate grounds (bereavement) resulting in a requirement to book a ‘Fit-to-Fly’ PCR Covid-19 test - being on the Isle of Wight choice was limited, but we really landed on our feet with this Clinic and couldn’t have asked for better!Booking the appointment was simple and easy, on arriving at the Clinic there was an air of cleanliness and professionalism – he was greeted by name (nice to be expected!) and taken through to his appointment immediately. We had paid for the next day results option and later the following day I contacted the clinic as I was a little anxious we wouldn’t have the results back in time (the test could not be conducted more than 48 hours before flight departure time). The gentleman at the Clinic was very reassuring and confirmed again that we would have the results before the end of that day. A couple of hours later we received confirmation by text and a valid certification. The gentleman we’d spoken to earlier in the evening then rang us to confirm we’d received the text and email verification? What brilliant service.Can’t recommend them highly enough we’ll certainly be using the NL Clinic for other testing.
