I ordered several things online which arrived the next day very well packed. Unfortunately, I had ordered a few bits incorrectly so popped along to the shop. Everyone was super helpful and even though I am a novice, made me feel very welcome. They swapped over the bits with no fuss and gave me some excellent advice. I will definitely be returning! I would much rather give my money to these guys than Amazon!

Have used classic hand tools a couple of times now and I can say that their customer service is great.They are really helpful and I could not have asked for any more as a consumer.I did have to return an item due to it being defective, but this was a manufacturers fault. Alex at Classic Hand Tools managed the whole process of getting the defective item collected and replaced with no bother at all.Will defiantly be using them again whenever the need arises. The whole team there are great.

I never write reviews but Classic Hand Tools deserves a good review following my recent experience with them.They were really helpful on the phone when I made some enquiries. I received my purchased item very hastily and they were exceptionally swift in replacing my purchase as soon as it developed a fault. I couldn’t recommend them more! Keep up the good work.

Bought my Pro Edge Delux from Classic Hand Tools, arrived but when opening the Basic version had been sent. Spoke with Fraser who was apologetic and immediately sent out the additional jigs which were received the following day.Brilliant customer service, will definitely be using these guys again, brilliant price on the Pro Edge too.

I am pleased to have found such a gem of a hand tool supplier...I normally buy from Axminster Power Tools but the breadth of product choice at Classic Hand Tools is amazing. I really enjoy the old school customer focus as well as the huge range of stock. Where I have sourced a tool and the buying process becomes a small part of the pleasure of owning that tool . I rang just before closing to check stock of a Gransfors Bruks splitting maul and was dealt with by a very good humoured and efficient lady who processed my subsequent order which was delivered on Saturday, even though it wasn't due until the Monday.I definitely recommend Classic Hand Tools based on my experience and will purchase again in the future.Thanks very much !
