I thought there were some nice Christmas gift sets. And good offers. I used some of my boots points to purchase a gift.

I have just visited the store this afternoon on the Middlebrook. I was looking for some expert advice on cosmetics and eye creams, due to an eye infection. I am always worried about getting the wrong advice, but immediately was seen by a lovely young lady called Charlie, who gave me her expert beauty advice. She was very professional and made feel confident in the products I was about to purchase.Thank you once again and I will not hesitate to buy more beauty products from Charlie.Debbie Towers

Extremely slow Pharmacy service. Been told to wait 30mins for prescription that is in stock and available is not acceptable.

Usual Boots layout, and with signage hanging over units. Well stocked.

While I was in boots I picked a lotion that was a tester so it was empty and i was trying to push the button but obviously it was empty then I saw a worker with blue hair constantly peeking into our aisle and staring at me and my sister. I got very uncomfortable because she did it 5 times by now then my sister took the lotion tester and she was trying to pump it out but I told her it was empty. By this time the worker with blue hair was just staring at us by just peeking her head into the aisle and after my sister put the lotion tester down she finally stopped, went over to her co worker and right in front of us folder her somethings among the lines as, I know people like this ruin and break everything.

Boots, Middlebrook, Bolton. Lighter & brighter than most Boots stores and the Travel health pharmacist was friendly, professional & helpful. The only reason not 5 stars was we had a 9am appointment" which we were in time for but didn't see the pharmacist until gone 9.15
