Very bad company, Unprofessional people, bad service, bad and faulty products. company merged and new manager is not helping he talks same like the new trainee customer serivce.

Very time I phone to speak to someone in customer service no one will answer. If I press the option for sales then someone will pick up very quickly.Then the person on the phone could not care less. terrible company who do not car about there image or how they go about treating people. I would avoid at all costs.
