Worse place to ever go.. called in and got pirce for hair which was £35, when I went to the salon i was charged 25 for hair pieces. My hair cost me 60 which wasn't worth it curls came out within an hour worse service customer never recommend to anyone I showed a picture of curls on the side and they did a puff with curls.

I have been several times for threading. Each time I request the same thing and every time the lady changes the price. I have also noticed, every time I go, the lady lies that they have no change to give me, almost expecting me to say ' leave it, its fine' . At first I didn't say anything, when it kept happening, I mentioned it and the lady magically found change. On speaking to friends/family, this happens to them too! I am not sure of the ladys name but it is not Maariyah herself.

Very friendly and looks after customer made everyone's happy my experience with her .she's the best ever hair and make-up in Blackburn I really thrust her with my close eyes wish her successful

Absolutely awful. After specifically asking the lady to keep my eyebrows VERY thick and maintain a natural shape, she absolutely butchered them. Whats worse is they did not match once I left the shop. She proceeded to tell me my eyebrows were uneven once she had realised this, though i didn't have this problem when I entered the shop?? Convenient. Whilst she was threading, I expressed my wishes once more, so she would stop threading my eyebrows into a thin line, to which she stated 'just a bit more', making me feel like a hostage in the chair. She appeared rushed and attacked my upper lip with the same hack handed vigour, like a dinosaur at a buffet.I ran out of the shop and wont be returning. Despite the fancy decor and clean environment, the belittling customer service ruined this experience.

Absolutely amazing. I visit this shop often and am always amazed by the incredible results. All staff are very friendly and very understanding when it comes to personal issues. The makeup is done phenomenally and I would recommend it for proms, weddings, parties etc. The hair is also done very beautifully and all staff working are trained well and know what suits a person best. Their eyebrow threading services are hands down the best ones in Blackburn, no matter who does it. They manage to nail a perfect shape everytime and it is refreshing to see considering there are so many hair removal places which are a bit taboo and very hit and miss. Their waxing is done exceptionally well and they do as much as possible to ensure a pain free, comfortable session. Would recommend. The ship itself is decently sized and decorated well, providing a comfortable surrounding. It makes the customer feel at ease. They have listed out all treatments thoroughly explained which is very helpful to the customer. 10/10. Absolutely love Maria Khan.

Mariah did my hair and makeup for 2 of my wedding days. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. Her hair and makeup is stunning! She made me look like a beautiful princess for both days and I still can't stop looking at the photos. My sister in law recommended Mariah to me after her wedding and I just had to have her as she also made my sister in law look unbelievably beautiful. Mariah really made my wedding and I couldn't thank her enough

Regular customer, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Get party makeup done from here regularly and will always do what I ask for. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other shops in blackburn deffo recommend to everyone x

Excellent service ! My eyebrows are always tricky to do but the young lady, Farzana, is very good and managed to get them in perfect shape. Second time for me visiting and there will be lots more too! :) will be looking into the other treatments on offer at the salon.
