Had Jack come today, on a Saturday to fit new front and rear doors, and i can honestly say the guy is a credit to the company, on time, and attention to detail was spot on, worked late to assure the job was completed, worked his backside off, tidied up after himself, no evidence he’d been at all. Very grateful for the company and Jack himself for doing such a good job.

Had new front door and new bay window and bedroom windows, new conservatory with fibreglass roof and roof lantern. High standard, professional. The only criticism is that men were pulled off to work on other jobs.However, that being said I am very pleased with all the work and have to send a huge thanks to Andy , Steve, James and Christian

Bit disappointed. I have windows and a conservatory from Channel, but when I called to ask about a repair I got flatly refused because it's out of its 10 year warranty. I expected to have to pay, I knew the warranty had expired, but didn't anticipate that's once it's more than 10 years old they are not interested.

Had a new front door fitted around 4 years ago. Shortly after it became difficult to close so we got in touch, they sent an engineer out who said the wrong hinges had been used. We were told the hinges would be ordered and someone would come and replace them.3 years later and 2 more engineer visits, no new hinges, door still difficult to close and now I can't get hold of anyone either on the phone or via email.Complaint process has been started and FENSA aware.

I had my conservatory roof replaced plus two windows which had blown. Channel windows was one of the best prices I received. Some were horrendous. Dennis, the fitter, was very good, polite, efficient and a tidy worker. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Channel Windows (Deal Kent) were recommended for the servicing of our 8 year old home tilting widows , the balancing of the bi-fold doors and the replacement of hinges to the French Windows. The were professional from the point of booking to the completion of the job ( at a fair price too).I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again .
