Bank Park - Devonshire Row Mews Car Park

Do not park here under any circumstances. The entrance and exit will scratch your wheels, the staff are clueless, getting car parked and received back takes ages. You are better off getting a parking ticket than to park here.

Had no problem with using this parking space. The access street road is very narrow, be careful. Arrived early in the morning, the guy was standing there and ready, took my car and parked it himself. Issued a parking tag. I spent the whole day in Portland hospital, for 8+ hours of stay I paid 34.50 GBP. Very convenient place for visiting the hospital, cheaper than JustPark alternatives nearby.

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I got today at the garage. On picking up my car to pay, I questioned the car attendant about how much it costs per hour to only be confronted with aggression despite me asking a simple question.I paid and then afterwards I checked outside to see I was overcharged as I only parked for 45 minutes. I again calmly told him I parked for less than an hour and not more than that as he kept claiming. Despite this I was shouted at and shut down. I am a young girl and to be spoken to like this for questioning something so simple was something I’ve never experienced before. Afterwards he realised his error and gave me back the change I was owed.I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s completely unacceptable to be spoken to like that when i was speaking in such a calm manner. And despite this I was right all along! There were witnesses there too who I’m sure could vouch for me.I have told friends and family to avoid this place at all costs. I would not feel safe to come here again after the experience I encountered. I will be taking this further if needed.

Booked last night as my wife is taking my poorly daughter to the Portland hospital. My daughter was violently being sick when arrived. Was told that despite having a booking, no space left. Now my wife is frantically trying to find another car park and now late for appointment, absolute joke!

In the morning greeted by a friendly guy. You have to leave your keys with them and they park the car for you. Early hospital appt so I was probably one of the first in. In the afternoon greeted by a different man who was very unpleasant huffed and puffed because my car was blocked by many other cars which they had to move to get my car out. He then told me to hurry up and pay because he had other things to do. Very unpleasant and definitely not what you need after a very early start and being in hospital all day. Paid £34.50 for 9hrs and putting up with a very rude person is rlly not great. The friendly man fr the morning was very apologetic for his colleagues behaviour but still UNACCEPTABLE!! Would not recommend at all to anyone!!!

The below review of the rude attendant has put me off coming here..doubt this would have happened to a guy parking. I’ve told my colleagues working in the hospital to avoid this place too

The guy who greeted us at 8am was very nice, he told us to leave they keys with him, he would park the car! People who say it’s not cheap don’t realise the costs to park in London. Street parking for 4 hours £20, parking here £18, if you go to 5 hours it’s £21.50. Secure car park, with an attendant, what is not to like!

Parked for a few hours and my car was there in one piece when I came back. Attendant helpful. Not cheap, as to be expected for parking in London and probably just as well off parking in the streets nearby in many cases
