I have been a customer at DMC for seven years , since moving into this area. My 1962 e class Mercedes has been serviced and repaired there. My car has been looked after to my total satisfaction from reception to collection.

DMC MOT and Service Centre
I badly needed 4 Tyres for my Honda Civic, I had not used DMC before, but they were almost adjacent to where I bought my Honda. I called in on the off chance of getting an appointment for 4 New Tyres, and an MOT. I was pleasantly surprised to be Slotted in the Following day. A bigger Surprise was that they offered me a Free of Charge Courtesy Car for the duration of the work. During the MOT Test it was noticed my Rear Brakes would probably get an Advisory" and they rang me to give me the Option of having them replaced

Today I've experience the best sevice I have had from a garage for the past 50 years. DMC Service & Motor Centre, West Moor was recommended to me by my next door neighbour. After arranging by phone an M.O.T test, a nice worker arrive at my home with a courtesy car taking my own to the garage. Emma a very efficient lady rang me after lunch telling me my car will be delivered at my house and that I could pay the bill by phone. I got my car delivered together with an invoice and receipt. I'am 83 years old and very happy man. Many thanks.

My first experience using this garage and what a brilliant garage, fair prices and wonderful staff, would highly recommend! Job was expected to take 2 days but I had my vehicle back same day, and was offered a FOC courtesy car if neeeded

Excellent and very thorough service. Not the cheapest by any means but you get what you pay for. All work done quickly and efficiently. Notified of the price before commencing and future potential issues are brought to your attention. Highly recommended.

This garage, checked my elderly dads car over for us (it had failed its MOT), A Mechanic called Jim (think he might be the boss) showed us the problems, he then priced the work (which was quite substantial) and told us how long it should take.True to his word the car was ready on time with all the work done, and the bill - it was exactly what they quoted. They were considerably less expensive than the garage who failed it and far more accomodating.After our experience here, I will return every time we need any repair work or mot's.10/10 for quality, price and service.

Had my car in for a service&oil change and was told the only thing that needed done was some new wiper blades. A week later engine light came on and using a diagnostic we saw it was something to do with the cam belt. Took this back to DMC for them to tell me there wasn’t a single fault in the car and they’d checked everything. Drove down to Portsmouth for work that week and my clutch went. Was told the engine was likely overheating the whole time due to the clutch slipping. After finally getting car back from Portsmouth and thinking this was the issue, engine light came on again. Had this taken to another garage where they told me I’d needed a new cam-belt adjuster for my exhaust the whole time. All of this went unnoticed despite ‘checking everything’ and notifying DMC of where the fault could potentially be. Was figured out pretty much straight away by other garage. Really disappointed and could’ve saved a lot of stress for me if they’d taken the issue seriously.
