At Struans they obviously understand the true value of first class customer service and it shows through in everything. I have been impressed with their attention to detail. I'll make a special mention of Calum Watson, who clearly embodies these values in everything he does. I can honestly say that I have never been treated so well be any dealer as I have by Struans in Perth.

The best car dealership we have ever dealt with - bar none. From first inquiry to eventual purchase, the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. Echoing previous comments, a special mention to Calum Watson for his patience, kindness and professionalism throughout - couldn't have asked for better service. First time we've bought from Struans and after this experience, it won't be the last. Booked in for a service and android auto installation. I used the online booking system, which I thought a great feature. When I called to confirm, the team had no record of my booking. They did not seem compelled to work out what the system error was or fix it. The ladies just took a new booking over the phone for the next day and passively noted that the information from their online portal had not been passed to them from their other office (as if this was just normal). If I hadn't called, it would have been completely missed and I would have turned up without them expecting me. When I arrived for the service booked for the next day, the necessary parts had not even been booked. So I had lost a day and driven quite a distance for no apparent reason. I emailed the CEO CM" and asked him to put it right but I did not get a reply. The impression I get is this place is great at selling you a car and encouraging buyers to leave a positive review - not so great at basic customer service on a non-superficial level. If it goes wrong you'll get an apology but it is "tough luck". For a Mazda franchise this is shoddy

What a pleasure it has been dealing with Struans. No up selling, no pressure to close a deal, no hassle whatsoever. My first time here but was treated like a valued customer, other car dealerships could learn a lot from this company. I am extremely happy with my new car. Special mention for Calum Watson, this young man is an asset to the business. Would highly recommend Struans to anyone.
