Absolutely terrible pharmacy, had the prescription for 2 weeks but wasn’t ready and was told had to wait for 20 minutes because just opened ( it was actually 20 minutes after opening) staff rude

Having to change my pharmacy from here as too many reoccuring issues with unhelpful staff. Pharmacy staff leave you waiting without any acknowledgement. I was waiting 10 minutes before a member of Pharmacy said are you being served. There was also a queue behind me. No awareness whatsoever. I understand concentration is required for dispensing and checking medication. Pharmacy staff always look like they don't want to be there and never smile. Doesn't take much to be friendly and polite. I have rang the Pharmacy to check an item and the phone has been picked up and put down on me several times. Not the way to run a Pharmacy service. Really disappointing.

No Barry M section any more, all self service tills, no clear instructions on how to use your Advantage card on self check out... Spent £80 and don't even know if my points went on! Half the cosmetic shelves were empty and hardly any staff around! Don't know what's going on with this store at all, but it's not the best Boots around!

Generally ok, but stock is erratic (and sometimes doesn't match what website says they have in stock), often running out of things I'm looking for. Worst is that the pharmacy counter is always under-staffed, so service there is very slow, which is extra difficult, because few other pharmacies open on weekends.

Boots KirkstallShocking service, my wife went to collect a prescription on Wednesday morning after visiting the doctor on Tues at 7:15am, was told they hadn't received it until 6:00 pm that evening so wasn't ready,was told it would be 30 mins, she told them she couldn't wait, I went this morning (20/07), and was told they didn't have the prescription, I explained the situation to them and eventually they found it still unprocessed and had to wait 25 mins, whoever is in charge needs to get staff who know what they are doing, totally unprofessional and inept.I gave one star because I had to,but it really is a no star review.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, no clear advice regarding where to wait for prescription or whether to come back later. Person on counter giggling with colleagues and delaying service despite multiple customers waiting.
