Always very helpful staff. Yes it is a pain to have missed parcels but always make it to sorting office in my experience and always easy collection following day. I always make a point of checking online regarding opening hours and I have never had any issues with that either. For those who have the opinion that Royal Mail should be closed down, I will say be careful what you are wishing for. The private delivery services would sky rocket their fees if they didn’t have to compete with Royal Mail . Thanks guys for doing an excellent job, before,during and after the pandemic.

I’ve been on the phone for 43 mins and still no answer to find out we’re my tablets were it says they have been delivered but they have not we have a new postman how do I get hold of someone as I am inbed with foot trouble and still waiting for my tablets

Just been round ,shut when should be open.Twice now they have put cards through my door.Tryed ringing no answer,last week asked for delivery to go to other address still a card in the door.When are they going to get it right!They should keep a record of where they can leave anything if the customer is out or mybe just think nice neighbour hood i will leave it with my trusted neighbours.

Using the Royal Mail click and collect service, 3 attempts were apparently made (or not!?) to pick up my parcel, unsuccessfully. When I physically took it here myself to get it processed and sent, they said I had to go back through the system (that had already failed 3 times) again; or buy stamps at the Post Office to send it myself and then claim a refund. They have no understanding of the frustrations caused by their daft systems, no concept of how these systems are supposed to work and don't care either. Time to find an alternative courier :-(

Yet again the post delivered to wrong address......have been waiting for my contact lens....maybe the post man needs them more than me....to the postman who delivered at longhorn avenue...good job there are some honest people as they delivered to my address

Went on the website at 18.20 to see if they were still open, it said it was and it closed at 19.00, drove across town only to find a permanent sign saying closes at 18.00! Update your website!

Opening times online are incorrect and constantly change.Currently 8-10 and 16-18:00 and closed on Sundays...Waste of time.Use another company.
