The mark of a good pressie for a friend is when they spend time looking at the gift fondly. So the little coaster which was so easy to order. By loading photos on the web page on the internet and then make a few tweaks and pay. Item came quickly well packaged. Delighted with product and service. Thanks

I had 2 mugs with photos printed on them and I am very impressed with them. They arrived very quickly and are perfect. Although I would of preferred bone china they are still lovely

Purchased a heat reactive mug. Sadly, they printed a standard one. Clearly nobody looks at the mug against the order before packing. They can either refund OR exchange, but not both. More importantly, I missed having a gift that I had made (own photo edit), for a special occasion this weekend. I will go elsewhere, where they value customers and make the orders you placed Or work with you to see if they can send another one out with express delivery, when things go wrong.

Ordered a photo printed mug and t-shirt. Received only the mug, with no communication on when I will get the T-shirt. It's more than 10 days. No response to the form enquiry and limited timeslot for phone queries. Disatisfied
