Burger Base ️ Hounslow

I have found the burgers to be tasty and made fresh to order. Their service is a bit too slow though, I have often waited over 20/25 mins even if the shop is empty.There are often just a couple of staff on hand (one serving and one in the kitchen). I do enjoy getting a burger from here and I find their sauces to be quite good. They also make good crispy fries which a lot of places don't. My favourite is the Mexican crispy beef burger. It is not often busy and you can find seating. Worth a visit.

Good food but highly overpriced in terms of quantity and my food took quite a while to arrive. The service is very slow and sluggish. Disappointing!!!

Mostly disappointing. Went for a number of menu items including the headlining three patty mega burger. It was anything but “mega”. The classic and cheeseburgers were at best junior burgers. Chips were just strewn across a paper bag. Disappointed after hearing so much about it. As soon as I was handed the delivery bag and felt it’s weight, I knew I was in for a disappointment.

The good, for the most part clean, bright, and very new premises. Lots of very inviting seating even on a busy Saturday afternoon, a plus for anybody who doesn't like being crammed in elbow to elbow with strangers, but there's a reason for that. Ordering on the touch screen was quick and easy, the staff had the time to be more attentive than I normally expect in a fast food restaurant, but I guess there's a reason for that too. The freshly fried French fries were hot crispy and tasty, and for good reason.The bad, I waited much longer than I'd normally expect for a fast food restaurant, much longer a lack of customers meant that everything was being freshly prepared as they were ordered, and normally I'm willing to wait longet if my food is being freshly made, I would have had no complaints if my cheese burger was as good as my fries. I don't know if I'd accidentally removed it from my burger when ordering, or if it had been forgotten but there was no greens in my burger no pickled no lettuce, all I got was a bun with some generic tomato ketchup, a hamburger patty and a slice of cheese. After having my expectations lifted by some good fries my first bite of burger was disappointment. As I finished my burger I couldn't but compare it to McDonald's offering, and couldn't help but conclude that Burger Base's was more expensive and not as good. In general all of Burger Base's offerings are more expensive than the McDonald's equivalent.Going to the toilet was a shock, compared to the well appointed dining area, the toilets were poor. The restaurant can't stop its customers being foul when using the facilities, but however aggrieved they maybe with it, it is their responsibility to clean up after them. I had to back out rather gingerly after washing my hands, wondering if my hands would be dirtier for using their basin.There is a reason why this place was so quiet on a Saturday afternoon. I can imagine using this restaurant again, but probably not for the food.

Lovely looking place but food is very average and the prices are very high considering it’s a “halal” version of McDonald’s in my opinion but triple the price. Ordered the flame beef and chicken and some chicken wings and tenders and totalled to over £35! The beef burger tasted fine I liked the yellow cheese sauce inside it and the chicken had nice grilled smell which was nice. Their wings was very oily and didn’t like the taste it was very basic. Their service was also very slow and took over 20mins for our food to come. The lady calling the orders was very rude when I was asking for my drinks which was included in the meal yet she had such a bad attitude, when I asked for tissue she again gave it to me with attitude hesitantly which is not what customers need. Wanted to give it a try and I did and wouldn’t probably be eating there again as I was put off by the prices and customer service.

Very well set up store with many burgers to choose from. Customer service was poor and rude from one staff member who was rude and is uneducated on customer service and manners, however, very friendly from Dawood. The pepper burger tasted amazing but it was very small considering how much I paid for it. The special sauce is really good.

The burger ‘ Big Base Burger’ was very nice to be honest. But for £10 as a large meal ? Not worth it, the burgers were very small, they were like two small cheese burgers stacked together. Was going to get plant based whopper then thought why not get meat burger and try this place out. Boy did I regret my decision. Went for both of the flame grilled burgers. Both equally dissapointing. The sauce was 'onion sauce' just tastes like burger sauce. Burger patte didn't taste great quality like they advertise and market in the walls. No flavour in the meat.First and last time I will be going.

We ordered on the app and only got 3 out of the 7 items we ordered. The bag was sealed. So we called them. They answer and hang up. Fourth attempt a guy answered and threatened us if we call back again and abruptly hung up without me saying a word. WTH!
