BEWARE OF AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOURWork on my car was good and the mechanic was experienced and I was happy with his work and said so. After paying I found some stitching on the soft roof had been torn and the roof was lose. The roof is old and it is deteriorating. However it was damaged whilst the garage had the car.I went back to.complain and the owner became aggressive and argumentative when I raised the issue. He told me to leave and put the door down on me. He was threatening and I feared for my safety. His attitude was unbelievable and rather than trying to resolve the problem he immediately told me the problem was mine and what did I expect him to do about it.Your choice if you use them or not but their family friendly fair reputation is a disguise for the aggressive owner who needs anger management counselling.

They accept all-star cards so massive plus from me. Little bare inside but nice to see an independent petrol station ⛽

Great garage with happy staff that will go out their way to help you.....Girls in the petrol shop are lovely and always happy to see you....lads in the workshop are proficient and thorough in their work......I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car or motorcycle.....keep up the great work MHG!

I think all the staff are very friendly and so helpful getting petrol and provisions here is an absolute pleasure just love having a chat with the girls being new to Halstead they are very informative and can't be more lovely

This is a lovely independently run petrol station. The ladies who work here are always cheerful and appear genuinely happy to see you. They also offer a variety of locally sourced snacks and essentials. My go to garage and convenience shop

Mount Hill Garage.This is an excellent local business.I have used this garage for several years and they have looked after several of my vehicles to a top standard, sevices made my transit run and feel like new and I have never had any negative experience with really friendly and knowledgeable staff.Highly recommended.Always try to support local business as there are some excellent businesses available.
