Fantastic customer service we received from Mehmet.At no point we didn’t feel pressured in to purchasing a car like we had at another dealership. He was friendly and very informative at all times and even told us that he could get any vehicle through the group delivered to the Colchester branch for us to look at, this is what we did.On the day it came to pick up our car he spent time over showing us how all the things worked on the car and then we were contacted a couple of days later to see how we were getting on with it.He is a real credit to the company and we would not hesitate in recommending this dealership especially MehmetThanks again MehmetAdrian and Michelle

Amazing customer service. Help from the time we walked through the door. Gaile looked after us & kept us informed every step of the way. Phoning with updates every couple of weeks. When our beautiful Burgundy Qashqi arrived she even sent me a little video of it! On hand over day the procedure was smooth. Gaile made sure we understood all the workings before we left the forecourt. She called us a couple of days later to make sure that we were happy. Of course we are. It's an amazing car. Great service at Nissan Colchester when went to review our options to upgrade our car. Salesman was patient and informative and worked with us to get an affordable price to upgrade our car to a hybrid Qashqai. Very happy with the car, smooth drive and not sure we will want to upgrade when the time comes in 4 years time.
