I am never usually overwhelmed with the sales service from car dealerships. I always get the sense that I am not their most important customer, unless it's the day I pay the deposit and sign the finance agreement. Aston is not like this. My experience dealing Katie Hill was fantastic. She was friendly, professional and reliably on point with all the detail. This is especially important to me when buying a new car remotely.Well done Katie, Well done Aston!

Very great service by Aston Vauxhall and especially Katie Hill who was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole car buying process, and best of all they were offering the best price for a brand new Corsa than any other vauxhall dealerahip in the country so kudos to that.On the day of the car collection, again very thing was on point and the whole process painless, Aston Vauxhall made us feel very welcome into the showroom and Katie explained everything in good detail so we were left with not any questions to ask at all which is always satisfying.I 100% recommend anyone looking for a brand new or used Vauxhall to go to Aston Vauxhall before looking anywhere else.

Had 2 bad experiences with Aston Melton Mowbray.1st one, they didn't tighten my front wheel nuts ,and the wheel came by my car, while my wife was driving and our baby was in The car.2nd 12 month warranty not worth paper buying,car Aircon never work from start,and they were only interested in Giving me a £700 bill.

I went to ASTON Melton Mowbray and purchased a Vauxhall Crossland Automatic, the receptionist was smiling and polite and Steve Ward was efficient and courteous in his dealing with my purchase. I collected the vehicle on 22nd and vehicle had been serviced and cleaned. Having travelled over 38 miles I was impressed and can only recommend this dealership. I hope to return in a couple years for another vehicle

The team here Aston Melton Mowbray were phenomenal throughout our experience with them.My brother and I came here from Wales to pick up a car and the staff were very professional and welcoming to us, allowing us to relax inside and have tea/coffee whilst we waited for things to get ready.Actually inspecting the car was great as well, we were provided all of the information up front and were allowed an extensive test of the car in the country lanes. It really was a fantastic experience!
