Recently completed the build of a new website from scratch with the team at Ellis James. They won a 5-way pitch based on their attention to detail, drive to make us stand out in a cluttered marketplace and consideration for things outside the brief. I have been extremely impressed. The team's approach has been to create best in class user experience, with simple and effective touches right across the site. A large chunk of our text was written by EllisJames, which was well researched and well written. The end result exceeds what I expected from the original concepts and the team have been a pleasure to work with, very responsive and a considered approach. The actual development of the site was carried out in conjunction with a 3rd party developer who integrated seamlessly into the project and delivered to the same high standards. Early results show a 3-fold improvement in behavioural metrics vs our old site and we are already in talks about our next project.
