APPALLING!!! It has been 6 weeks now and my fridge is still not fixed! The run around these people give you is outrageous. In the beginning everything looked easy, booking repair over the insurance site, not long waiting time, thought great.Then the nightmare started. I was instructed to empty and defrost the fridge freezer- american. Initial fault- doesn't dispense water, doesn't make ice cubes anymore.First guy turns up, walks in DOESNT EVEN OPEN THE FRIDGE OR LOOK AT IT! Just says yeh yeh I'll order some part" walks out. Not even 2 minutes. Completely unbothered.Wait a week for part to turn up.Next guy comes

Had my dryer repaired by Ryan today very good service polite and done a good job

Three months later & three parts fitted & my botch fridge freezer is still not fixed & isnt cold in fridge section. Its in the 70s & thats not ideal with bacteria. Thrown out lots of food in this heat & now I've given up! Guys are great & chatty, but just can't get to the bottom of this problem!!

Very efficient service. Called up and was pleasantly surprised by how willing everyone was to help. Despite items not been available immediately they kept me up to date and made sure I was aware of third party delays. Fantastic communication from start to finish - couldn’t recommend more.

Had my tumble dryer fixed today and the whole experience from calling to arrange the repair, to the guys ordering a new part and coming out to fix it, was so easy and stress free. Couldn’t recommend them enough. On time, professional and reliable. Thanks so much!

One star is too much for this company, called them about dishwasher door hinges being broke Yes we can repair it" Guy came out for 2 minutes at cost of £75 he takes the serial number and gets parts ordered

Ryan has been and fixed our dishwasher today. It’s not been an easy fix but unlike some of the other engineers I’ve encountered, he actually WANTED to fix it! He’s really lovely and professional. I’d even say he went above and beyond to make sure the dishwasher fitted better when it went back in. Really pleased. Top lad.

Ryan came out today to fix my washing machine. He was polite, professional and had the job done very quickly. Great service

Ryan the engineer was brilliant. Came when he said he would. Was quick at fixing the issue and had the parts needed in his van. Cleaned up after himself and was very polite. Have used this company a few times and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others.
