Haus Installations

We are delighted with our new doors and windows. It was a significant project, replacing 19 windows and four doors. The quality of the product installed is outstanding. Jay and Lewis handled the installation, and their professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail was second to none. All our dealings with Haus Installations have been excellent and we would definitely recommend them. We are also about to have cladding, soffits and gutters replaced in the next couple of weeks, again by Haus, and we have no doubt we will have the same excellent service and quality of product.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough! From first point of contact and a home visit by owner (Jason) to actual windows & doors installation (Lewis & Charlie) and after sales care (Tom); all absolutely spot on, perfect in fact! The quality of the product is exceptional and has made such a difference to our home, we would highly recommend Haus Installations.PS: Don't bother getting that second quote to compare, honestly, you'll not regret choosing Haus :)

Super pleased with our new front door from Haus. The initial sales process was seamless. Molly was friendly and professional and provided us with detailed information when choosing our options and we didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. The only thing I would say is we were told initially at the sales appointment it would take around 6 weeks, but this ended up being 10 (with some chasing) but they still managed to deliver before Christmas which was great!On the day the fitters were friendly, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. We did have a slight concern about a blemish on the door but Haus came back out within hours to fix this and the door looks immaculate now.Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and would definitely use & recommend Haus in the future.

They created a perfect installation on our semi detached home. Not only did they relocate a down pipe so that it emptied in our new gutter not our old one located in our conservatory. Mathew, Anthony and Tomas worked extremely hard and cleaned up after the work was completed they took away away packaging and our neighbours down pipe was leaking and they fixed the leak. Also we received a Haus goody bag and were kept informed by email from when we accepted the quote till the day work started. They exceeded our expectations.

*Edited 14/11/23*Promised a 5 star job and at most we received 3 of those stars. We had 5 windows, a front door and french doors installed. Which on the whole we are happy with. We felt somewhat pressured into the sale because they had a summer holiday discount of 10%, and they would only validate that for 5 days, because thats how many days were left of the school summer holidays. Overall we did feel a little pressured into making a decision. However, we went with HAUS because of the promise of their excellent customer service, excellent reviews, pricing, warranty and installation expertise promised by the salesperson, who overall was a lovely chap.Install started 6 weeks later and it kicked off well, the lads on the job were not the most experienced, however they were very polite and tidied up any mess created. There were a few issues we spotted after the guys had finished and I notified Haus through their website that evening (which i thought was a really good feature). The next morning the guys were back on site rectifying the issues. We were then asked for payment, which we had no hesitation in paying. There are still a few issues with our install and unfortunately we have experienced some issues with communication coming back to us after reporting said issues and having our concerns addressed.I have attached some photos of the issues that were initially reported to them which have mostly now been rectified.1 - Window cil cap cut too short2 - Beading on top of the window is not level3 - Doors not level4 - Gap at the top of the door where daylight can clearly be seen.Overall, they have attempted to rectify these issues, and I have been in discussion with the Director who has taken a leading role in resolving our concerns.We may have been a one off customer that had fallen through the gaps and been unlucky. Many other reviews are 4-5 stars, but the absolute most I can give is 3 stars due to the way our issues and communications have been missed, which i know the Director has been addressing behind the scenes.

Molly- Haus representative attended our house to assist us in replacing our porch and internal front door along with a side garage door, and some cladding and dry vergesOn the day of fitting Jay and Lewis arrived and listened to a couple of requests regarding cables etc then got to work.Within the hour both the old patio sliding door and the internal door were out!!They were tidy and efficient and a pleasure to have on site.By the end of the (their) day both the new patio doors were in the porch as was the internal front doorThe next day they returned to fit the side garage door, the cladding and the dry verges and were finished shortly after lunch

Excellent service from start to delivery and installation. In particular the installation team (Dan Wayne, Darren and Kale) were extremely professional. Our original Windows were especially awkward to remove and the team battled through some inclement weather. The quality and fitment of both our windows and doors are of the highest quality. We are very happy with the installation and recommend Haus to anyone. You won't get better. Many thanks Steve and Pam.

Alan and Morgan did another installation with us and kindly also put up a swift box - part of a community project. It took minutes and they were professional, courteous and just nice guys.

Initial meeting with Molly about a quote was excellent and good communication after that. There was a mix up with which job was being carried out on the day - we were expecting our window fitting but soffits and facias arrived! However, Alan and Morgan were fantastic, so professional and considerate and did a great job. They cleared away all rubbish and put everything back as it should have been (thanks fellas, really appreciated it)Lucy has now sorted out the issue and apparently the mix up was due to staff sickness so looking forward to the window fitting soon.

The most professional, efficient and good company we have used during our home Reno. From start to finish we have been so impressed and the finished products blew our minds.Thank you Wayne and Dan for fitting our door and window! Always work so quickly, so clean and tidy and polite!We will continue to always use Haus for all our installations and recommend them to anyone we can !
