I've made some huge mistakes in business over the last 30 years, but the biggest mistake I have made so far is to get a phone system from this company. Appalling customer service. Shocking cheap & nasty phone system. Dreadful line quality which has lost us customers. Hidden smallprint on their T&Cs which were not explained during the initial discussions.Have tried to get out of our contract with them sooner, but they've hit us with an early settlement invoice for calls we have yet to make!!!I now know I've made a huge blunder by updating our phone system with this company and can't wait to get to the end of our contract.I have truly learnt from my mistakes and would warn you not to deal with this awful company.

I use Selective for my company's telecoms - VoIP phone system across 2 sites and mobile phones. They also provide our Internet connectivity services. We've been using them for over 4 years now - I've found them to be professional, organised and easy to talk to They've supported us in a couple of office moves too, helping us plan ahead to prevent any downtime.
