My desk top died. OCS diagnosed a dead motherboard, procured a like for like replacement and fixed it in only three days. They also gave good advice on protection. My computer now works better than when it was first set up (so far anyway). Didn't cost me an arm and a leg either. I will use their services again and I am happy to recommend their services to anyone who asks. Friendly and informed and no sneering at luddites like me who have no chance of keeping abreast of technology since it seems to be updated every week.

Really nice people, very helpful and fast working, I've never needed a laptop repaired before so have no frame of reference but I wasnt taken a'back by the price at all seemed very fair. Will defintly use again if I need a computer repaired again :)
