Came in with my partner Saturday morning 9am , he was struggling with his vape he brought a week prior and she explained to him how it works ect , and helped him with new flavours she was amazing and understanding and was honest about the variety ( most shops would try scamming but she was honest and helpful)Thank you for helping him (:

Better than I could imagine! Brilliant service! Guys are amazing and always sooooo nice! I started with them and I will stay with them for sure cause it’s pleasure to go there and get stuff you need plus have a nice funny chat with staff!Guys you are the best !

Staff generally just rude, dismissive and inattentive. Not a great selection of products either. It seems like because they're central they don't really focus on customer service. I'd rather stick with a local supplier.Update 09/08/22 - I'd say a year later their customer service has really improved, so I've added 2 more stars.

Staff does not try to solve problems rather they want to sell everything they can at once. Poor costumer service. Not worth spending money there.

Mark has been amazing, went in not really knowing what I was looking for and he gave the best advice and found me the best product for me. Made me feel like I can come back with any problems or if I need any further help. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service, Steven's just made a very happy, loyal customer!I went in to get a refillable pod for my vape but what I needed wouldn't be in stock for a few days. To my surprise Steven pulled out his own personal unused pod from his pocket and gave it to me for free! He wouldn't even except a tip. What an absolute legend. Thank you very much.Brilliant customer service aside, the store has loads of different vapes, e liquids and accessories to choose from at very reasonable prices. If you're in Leicester and need a vape I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Used to be great because of the testing options (which is the reason why one would shop there instead of online). They are cutting down on this now, which regrettable, but a business decision - however that the condescending staff blatantly lie to your face about the reasons for this should give all customers pause. If misrepresentations are so obviously part of the business culture, why would you trust their product advice?
