If you are in Neath on a Friday night, this is a must visit. Perhaps the greatest Pub in Wales - interesting and diverse characters and a superb atmosphere.

Fantastic atmosphere, clean and tidy throughout, fairly priced beers and a decent selection of real ales. Friendly staff at the bar, too. Many bands play here at peak times which add to the atmosphere.Two negatives though:No card paymentsThe gents' toilet cubicle does not have a lock.These are minor grievances though, and despite these, I'd be happy to return.Thanks!

Had a family funeral in there 29th June, buffet was lovely and plenty of it, staff excellent couldn't do enough and were so friendly, the owner did everything to make sure things went as it should, definitely would recommend the pub
