N N Motors

Have been using N N motors bangor for servicing and repairs for years now, they where recommended to me and I have recommended family and friends as well, you'll travel far to to find a better run family garage first class mechanics.

I'm going to start this by saying I don't like leaving poor reviews but this was not a pleasant experience. Found reception abrasive and unwelcoming right from the off.Rang and said car was ready and to be quick as they were closing...we were waiting for them to call but anyway... Car returned covered in oily handmarks ( car is white so unmissable ) door handles , wheels including steering wheel and gear lever. Had to use anti bac wipes to clean them. First and last time I'll ever use as impressions count and I got the definite impression they just couldn't be bothered. Plenty of others in Bangor who will welcome the work and will be a bit more pleasant to customers. Came recommended as well which is sad and I'm sure people can have a bad day but don't take it out on customers.

Came here because they were Volkswagen Specialists,Car engine light came on one Thursday night, had car in on the Friday was contact about 1 hour later to see what was wrong. Car collected, parts replaced all by Monday afternoon. Will definitely be using here again. Quick service.

Wonderful and incredibly helpful, I would recommend this garage. (Also to Stephen, I apologise for the memory lapse I had, it was a misunderstanding. I was going to email and explain but I can't find an email address.) -And so I would just like to say that I would recommend the mechanic Stephen here, who always phones for an accurate quote before he quotes a final price to you :).

My car needed an urgent repair away from home, N N Motors was recommended to me so I gave them a call. They were very helpful and done a first class speedy repair. I have N N Motors saved in my mobile for any future repairs that may come up as they specialise in VW and Audi. I would highly recommend N N Motors to anyone with VW / Audi

Noel and the team always get you sorted, been a regular customer for years as they know their stuff, price it right and have never overpriced me for work I didn’t need or let me down.

Went in to enquire about getting some work done on my A3. I've never been more angered than I was at the attitude of the mechanic than I was here. I tried to explain my situation (quite a bit of major work required), the guy said 'I don't have time for long stories' I let that slide then began to explain what I needed done, the guy jumped in again (after seeing I was carrying an A4 black office diary) and said I'm not interested in warranty work or anything like that. I let that slide (2 strikes out of 3) too, then as I AGAIN Tried to explain my car problems he jumped in saying 'if you've a problem, book it in'. This was the 3rd strike. I just turned on my heels and walked out. An absolutely obnoxious, ignorant, impatient encounter. I kept my cool and, disgusted as I was took my business (which will exceed £1k) elsewhere . How anyone deals with this place is beyond me. Save yourself the drama, avoid this unorganised dive like the plague.

Great customer service and fast Turn around time on my Vw Scirocco.Thanks for looking after the Car Noel.I'll Defo Be back for some more TLC on the Car.
