Great 1500 capacity hall to see the lyrical genius Harry Mack!! Absolutely stunning btw.Plenty of bars, staff brilliant, great intimate event. Harry had it bouncing! Only drawback was the intense heat created from everyone but an experience of a lifetime for me 5*

Watched Theory of a Deadman and it was amazing! There are plenty of bars inside and the staff are very fast to serve. The toilets are a bit of a mission to get to, especially for people with disabilities. The sound in this venue is brilliant.

Security didn’t seem to know what they were doing, they weren’t very prepared. Other than this, O2 Ritz is a great medium sized venue for artists. There’s also a standing area (I presume it was available for any ticket holder, prioritised for those with disabilities) which was very useful for those who didn’t want to be in the crowd. I also had a meet and greet ticket which meant I got to see backstage, it was a great space we were taken to, perfect for meet and greets!I would visit this venue again!

The Ritz is a classic gig venue. Looking it's age now, but still worth a visit. Heaven 17 were outstanding live. £7.55 for a pint of lager is a rip off though!

Incredibly surprised at how good this venue is. Took my 12 year old nephew & felt really safe with him there. Plenty bars so easy to get drinks. Sound quality was great also!Love the balconies!

Due to my new disability, I was very optimistic about attending the Haircut 100 gig. However, we were greeted at the door by a fantastic team member called John who could see I using a crutch and would have had difficulty standing due to my Stenosis. He first got me a high stool to sit on and explained where everything was for me, he made his presence clear at all times if we needed anything, he was amazing. I’m new to being unsteady on my feet I just hope other venues take this approach. 10/10 for John and the o2 Ritz Manchester, we will undoubtedly be returning in the future.

Lovely smaller venue.Saw Those Damn Crows play recently.Loved how the stage was set up high so you could see the acts better.Great sound and atmosphere.. rates highly among venues I've visited in the past.

Pretty good mid sized venue. Acoustics are good, sound good. It's one of those places designed as much around selling alcohol as listening to music.

Amazing staff. John the Supervisor made our visit with our 8 year old attending her first ever concert an absolutely delightful experience. He and the other Access staff could not have done more for us. Ensured we had a great position in the quiet area, checked in on us to make sure she was ok and got her a gift to remember her first ever gig. I could not recommend this venue enough. We will definitely be back!
