Looked for an online company to make a made-to-measure cover for our garden furniture. The amazon equivalent that we initially bought didn´t really fit and the quality was not the best.We found Bags&Covers online and they have a huge selection. We were looking for made-to-measure. It was so easy to get an initial quote. I requested a sample of the Deluxe material to check before we bought. Nothing arrived for 3 weeks which was a little disappointing, so I phoned them up, spoke to a lovely lady on the phone and the sample arrived 3 days later.As previously stated, ordering online couldn´t be simpler. You are led through questions regarding the item you are ordering.1 – Dimensions (cm, mm or inches)2 – Material/Colour3 – Storage bag (yes/no)4 – Summary5 – Customer details (Billing/Delivery)6 – PaymentConfirmation came per email, a day later an email stating that the order was being processed. 2 weeks later came a status update and a day later the shipment email.The delivery from DHL was not brilliant I´m afraid.....nothing B&C could do. I wasn´t in but had a Text message (all good) saying they´d leave the parcel in a safe place.....thrown over the fence, not the best.Unpacked the parcel, unwrapped the cover and laid it over the furniture.....Perfect fit.Quality of the material and the size was as ordered. I ordered a Bag separately to store the cover when not in use.....god knows how I´m going to get it in, I´m going to have to practice my origami skills.I hope that the material will last with the weather we have here but so far so good.I would definitely use B&C again.Update:I was so impressed with B & C Direct, I´ve used them again for 4 made-to-measure individual garden chair covers. Result was the same, excellent service and excellent qualityHighly recommended

This is a fantastic company. Their products are amazing and their customer service is the best I have received in a long time (thank you Karen!). The cover we ordered came without the zip installed. I had left this in the bag for about four months before I even got it out and looked at it, but it wasn't a problem at all. They arranged a courier to collect it from my home at a time convenient to me, and it was back to me within three days, zip installed. Can't fault them!

Sadly, very disappointed. Our garden set has been under the cover for the last 6 weeks. In line with the instructions the top is tented" so the water drains off and it isn't pulled in tight around the bottom to aid ventilation. We paid for the side vents but they are a waste of time as the protecting flap sits flush to the mesh so there is no ventilation gap (unlike in the vent in our caravan awning which has a plastic strip that snaps open to keep the vent open). On removing the cover today we found the inside top of the cover soaking wet

We went to there outlet in Wakefield to get a cover fitted on our motorhome bike rack. They couldn't of been any more helpful. Sorted out which size would be best for our bikes. The cover fabric is brilliant so thick, lots of clipped straps underneath, making the fit perfect. Amazing and friendly service. Would recommend them to everyone

Wow what excellent service for my 4 made to measure garden furniture covers. The helpful staff on the phone thank you. To the person who made the covers an extra big thank you as they fit perfectly and are very reasonably priced for a made to measure product. So glad to know that we still make things in the UK when so much is imported. WELL DONE ALL.

Ordered made to measure covers (deluxe material) for our corner patio furniture, table and storage box. All fitted perfectly. Great products, delivery and overall service. Would definitely recommend.

Just received our new covers and couldn't be happier. Look great, and seem really good quality. Karen and the team couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with. I provided the measurements for the custom fit covers (measure five times, check again, cut once ;) and Karen was able to quote from there. Having covers that actually fit our furniture is brilliant - wish I'd done it last year! And, as another reviewer has commented, excellent communications and service during these difficult times.

Excellent quality custom made covers.I ordered several for my garden furniture after providing the measurements by taking pictures of the furniture and marking the length, width, depth and height where applicable. I sent that off to them in a word document and received a quote the next working day.The final fit is great and the chords to tighten the covers where needed ensure a very snug fit.The ordering process was quick and easy, and communication throughout the ordering process was also very good.Highly recommended.

If you need any, and I mean any type of bag or cover, search no further, this is the one stop shop for all you needs.Really easy to do business with, friendly staff and most importantly really affordable prices.Only very tiny downside is waiting time for custom orders, but I guess that is what you get when they do such a great jobWill definitely come back for more.Most highly recommended

Just received my custom made trailer cover and a frame cover. Trailer cover fits perfectly and looks and feels like a high quality product.Took a bit longer than the initial 6 weeks but was kept will informed about what delays, so no problem at all.Very reasonably priced for the quality of materials and workmanship.
