Excellent care offering flexible service. I needed short term respite care, which they were able to deliver, offering reliable care from the same person throughout the week I required it. No other care providers were able to offer the same service. Would recommend this provider to anyone who has a vulnerable elderly relative.

I am very happy with my mother's care, the carers are all so nice and really look after Mum well. They are very reliable and spend the whole hour with Mum, they have a chat and a cup of tea with her. The company is very supportive to me and Mum, they keep an eye on her health and they speak to me regularly.

My Mum is very happy with the help she's receiving. The staff are professional, friendly and caring. It's very reassuring that we can call on them at any time in case of emergencies.

Esteemed Life Care are professional and contactable at all times. Their standards are high and if we have any issues they are dealt with promptly. The personal assistants are enthusiastic and friendly. My dad is encouraged to make his own choices and live independently but with support.

I chose Clarriots Care Coventry to provide companionship and assist day to day duties for my elderly grandmother. The feedback I have had from her is that the carers are excellent, they treat her with utmost respect and dignity. They have taken into account our cultural and religious needs and adopted this into the way they provide care to my grandmother. Something which was very important to us as a family. I cannot faut her main carers, they are punctual, stay for the full designated time and give my grandmother their full attention. She looks forward to thier visits, as they love to have a laugh and giggle with her, which has really improved her mood.I am extremely pleased with the service given and highly recommend Clarriots Care.

Terrible employer.I worked for 3 months at the beginning of the Covid outbreak, I wanted to help vulnerable individuals during this period and I thought this unethical employer would be a positive environment to begin my new career in care.The supervisors are lovely, as are the carers doing the hard work within the community - I cannot praise them enough.However, the culture of employment terms is disgusting and I've never been treated so badly in my 35 years of employment by number crunchers in the office, vile and bullying. No respect for the feelings of the staff, they have no issues with humiliating an employee in front of others. To top it all, they show no respect to the fact that you are on the front line helping others who value your home visits. To these people, it's just money - the irony of this business is laughable.Every month I had to challenge my salary, I was threatened to have money withheld until I proved myself"

I'm writing on behalf of my sister who is totally blind, just recently she needed personal care in the mornings only. The care she received was amazing, the carers treated her with respect and maintained her dignity at all times, they were always polite and happy and she looked forward to them coming.

We recently engaged Clarriots Care (Coventry) to look after my wife's elderly mother for period of time when circumstances meant we were unable to. This was the first time we had used a care service provider and were very pleased with their prompt and efficient response to our initial enquiry, continuing with a service that was not only professional and caring, but also very understanding of her mothers particular needs. They provided the same carer for the entire period who was very friendly and reliable, we would not hesitate to recommend their services to others requiring care for a loved one.

Terrible service!! Had requested night sitter 10pm till 7am for palliative care lady. First sitter had no prior knowledge re her condition.... luckily I was in bed upstairs and was close at hand I had to call rapid response early hours of morning to give her sedation and replace urine catheter that had come out!!Second night a different sitter arrived half hour late ..a young man with poor English...by this time we'd cancelled via agency telephone .We will try to manage her care between the family... .young male carers with lack of knowledge and communication skills are not appropriate for a female client with care needs.We will definitely not use this agency again

Amazing service provided by the care staff aswell as the office.There has always been good communication from the office and I would definitely recommend Esteemed Life Care if you are looking for a care provider.
