thank you for our new composite door. we now feel much safer with the high security locks a special thank you to bob the fitter who kindly fixed a leaking down pipe whilst he was here over and beyond what we expected .

Cold call from a strange bloke called Dave. He was abrupt to the point of rudeness and was talking from a script and determined to finish his speech, despite my telling him I wasn't interested in the 'scheme' he was offering. He was desperate to book me in for a visit from one of the sales team. Very dodgy. Avoid!

Had my windows, front and french doors replaced. Absolutely impressed by the professionalism and speed that my doors and windows were replaced in! Top quality windows and doors! Super friendly team, Will from the installation department was so wonderful at working around my schedule with regards to the fit and could call him for any uncertainty and questions. Highly recommend to anyone in need of new doors and windows!!

I was worried after reading these reviews but I have to say I have been extremely pleased with the work from these guys. Professional,clean no pushy selling and reliable. I can vouch that they use good quality windows nd the customer service from Barry and Will has been spot on. A great big thank you from myself and my Uncle. Don't believe these poor reviews guys!!!

My elderly mother was cold called by this company and agreed to a quote for a door and side panel . Luckily myself and my Aunty were present when this ‘salesman ‘ arrived . We didn’t get his name He didn’t leave a contact number or offer any ID , which in hindsight we should have insisted on . His sales tactics were questionable at best . Basically trying to get my mother topart with a £400 deposit to secure a discounted rate due to some ‘industry scheme ‘ . He was very persistent . The discount price quoted ended up being £500 dearer than other quotes we got afterwards .I can’t vouch for the work of this company but the sales are appaulling and basically a con .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.My family member ordered all new windows from this company and it has been 2 and a half years of pure stress/hell.They did not get the size/fit of the windows correct, 2 of the fitters had no clue what they were doing and were very rude.People over the phone were extremely rude and made empty promises.It has been 2 and a half years since the windows were ordered and we are still having issues and still have not received the guarantee, this is to be able to contact fensa to inspect their work, as we have been told their work does not meet fensa standard.No one at the firm is compassionate and try to pressure and bully my family member into having more work done.A few weeks ago a man came over to bring us the guarantee, however he said he didnt have it because my family member needed to sign to get it, he told us to ignore the payment of £89 that it stated, as we wouldn't need to pay this, we were hesitant but he explained we wouldnt have to pay and we would recieve the guarantee. Upon ringing the company we realised we had been conned, the £89 pound had come out of my family member's account and it was for insurance that is paid yearly, not the guarantee. IT IS A CON TO TELL CUSTOMERS ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER AND YOUR STAFF SHOULD KNOW THAT.Absolutely appalled with this company, and I will be in contact with Fensa and Trading Standards again.IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY MINUS STARS I WOULD.UPDATE; Nathan and his son have now been to finish the jobs after 2 a half years, very lovely people, they are accets to the company.

extremely happy with company from start to finish i never had an issue from the person who initially called to the fitting team that fitted my windows. I must say I am very pleased with the work and the outcome. love my new windows!

8/9/23 sales team very pushy he was talking to some guy about my order I requested. The guy on the phone very rude told salesman Steve get out of there he's not interested .I'm not interested I made time to speak to the sales team as I'm on nightsDon't bother folks this outfit very unprofessional.

We worked with Posh UK to upgrade the exterior of several properties. The service was fantastic and prompt - we wanted a swift install and that’s what we got. Brilliant staff I cannot knock them one bit. Will be using them in future without a doubt.

Was cold called as my neighbour was having her conservatory done, very pleasant salesperson who explained everything available to me and price involved, deposit put down and kept informed of progress, windows fitted today, am so happy with quality and men who came to put windows in very polite and professional, that pleased I have put deposit down for patio door now, would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know and am sure I will be back again to get back of my house windows replaced soon.
