Bella Italia - Center Parcs Sherwood
Bella Italia Sherwood Forest is exceptional for diners with allergies. Jack served us both times and he was thorough in making sure food was free from allergens. I really can't commend Jack enough, so many restaurants either don't cater for allergies or don't take them seriously. Jack deserves recognition for this.

Absolutely lovely meal tonight, we were all blown away by the quality and flavours. my grandson loves a great lasagna and it did not fail to impress.We spoke to Lorna and we was able to use our Blue Light card to get discount, you can use it Sunday to Thursday and it gave us 25% discount

We came here as a table of 12, that being 6 adults and 6 kids aged between 12 and 3. The staff weren't phased at all by the size of the table and were so friendly and accommodating throughout the meal. Nothing was too much trouble and it helped to make it a great experience.The starters and mains food was all delicious. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered.The strawberry cheesecake desert wasn't the best, it was rather 'fake' in the flavours. I'd recommend just going for the ice cream over that.The food all came out quickly and things cleared away quickly too. We didn't feel rushed though and enjoyed the whole meal.Would recommend coming here!

Amazing service, amazing drinks and amazing food. The Fruit Smash mocktail is lovely, very fruity and quite sour, and I ordered the chicken Milan which i was certain was a burger but turned out not to be, and I asked a waitress about it and although I had already cut it up she offered to ask the chef if they would make it into a burger for me. She came back with the burger and fresh chips. It was great. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Had a nice time here and I enjoyed it. It was not busy and this made it simple to book a table for adults. All the parents had their kids under control (toddlers and kids). There seems to be clear room to move around, toilets are clean. Food tasted nice and arrived on time for everyone to enjoy their meal.

Bella Italia - Center Parcs Sherwood
We visited Bella Italia this weekend as part of our weekend away and had overall a great visit. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was also absolutely delicious and would definitely return just for this. The atmosphere wasn't the best however, we were sat between a lot of families so there were a LOT of children running around past our table (we were there as a couple) and did affect the experience - I would consider seating those who book as a couple in quieter areas of the restaurant to prevent this happening. Otherwise a great visit and would return.

Arrived after booking a table at 4.15pm so they had only just opened. The waitress that took us to our table seemed really unhappy to be there and lacked any form of customer service skills, so that wasn't the best start.The service we had from our waiter Jack was a lot better and in the end we just wanted to give him a tip for the service but not wanting it to go to anyone else as they honestly were just walking around like they were at a funeral.I've been coming to Center Parcs with my family for thirty years and since it has become a Bella Italia as opposed to the previous non-franchise restaurant it has not been the same. The atmosphere is too bright and doesn't have the same vibe it used to. The staff also used to be absolutely amazing, so I don't know what has happened there.The food was okay, but for a special" pizza it wasn't that much of. I've made nicer pizzas at home and I've had nicer ones from takeaways for less of the price.If you want somewhere to sit and feel like an inconvenience where you're placed near the tills and can't have a private conversation for you and your partner to celebrate your engagement then visit this place. Otherwise I'd suggest Hucks or to just cook at your Villa with a frozen pizza - save your pennies."
