Obtain your information illegally, then write threatening letters to you with slanderous content. Had to threaten them with legal action in the end as the 'facts' they were using were pure fantasy

Never trust these people, they are evil, one of there staff members cost me my child, all because I made a complaint about her unprofessionalism and discrimination against me, so she made the court process as hard and difficult as possible for me, turn the court I should have no right here to my child, sure need this because I made a complaint about her and she was buddying up with my ex partner.If ever you have the people in your life get them out as fast as you can, because it will only end up destroying your life and your child because they don't have any idea about child welfare.

I'm awaiting a report they have not given me entitlement to see even though it was ordered by the courts to do so =/ I thought justice was meant to be given to the victim not hiding evidence to stop the accuser from being discovered from false testimonials and allegations DEFAMATION/SLANDER seems to be irrelevant when made agaimst a male or had threats of violence made against you its ignored and my court case is being dismissed and ignored why when I have no criminal record ever? I work and have no mental health don't smoke don't drink so can I ask what's the issue is it because I'm a male?

Absolute Joke, My poor brothers children are being mentally abused by their mother yet CAFCASS have taken their mothers word for everything. It is costing my brother a fortune to see his children every time she has a hissy fit. TThe Maintenance was £750 a month however through stress his business has suffered now maintenance reduced to £150 a month and guess what she rang him gave him a load of abuse then stopped him seeing the kids. Greed!!! THIS WOMEN CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE FOR HER CHILDREN. Cafcass have ran with an old police file where she attacked my brother he defended himself but she called the police. Women like this don't deserve children. It breaks my brothers heart the kids cry as they just want to see their dad.Cafcass do not care about the children.

This please absolutely disgusting and rbish, should be helpe people but make problem for people,I'm not saw my kids for 20 months because those staff ,all cafcass no have experience to family,just make problems,and sorry for court Coventry make advance for family court lesson to cafacse

If you need to talk to someone, they might call you back, but you can't actually call & speak to someone if you need advice there & then.Everything is as & when they choose not at all making it in anyway easy for concerned anxious parents involved.Very disappointing service.

Would leave 0 stars if it would let me, they are inconsistent with child arrangement orders and fail to communicate with parents, in all honesty its just 9 to 5 job to them! They really do not have your children's best interests in mind.

They are meant to be the voice of children in court cases. But due to a culture of fear and blame they don't always see the bigger picture and only see what might happen. And maybe in most cases they are 100% correct in there report's. However i feel that in my children's case they went with a hunch that was incorrect. As i was blamed for neglecting my sons physical and emotional needs without any evidence of either apart from 2 weeks I became ill and started to struggle more and more. I am a loving mum who misses her babies so much and i felt angry that while a lot of parents in cases like my children's get there children home I feel i was punished for things beyond my control. Also the person who have a statement about me lying about ill health should never of been listened to. Cancer is a scary illness to face and i was very ill at the time. Also developmental delays i was accused of causing were from a disability called hyper mobility syndrome.

After 3 years of struggle to identify 2 children born into my marriage to my wife and her not allowing me to see them and denying they are my biological children, i had a court order on the 15th of June 2017 for a DNA test of both of us.I asked the court for this as i know my wife is dishonest and will cheat as she knows i am the real father.Thinking finally i had what i wanted ,CAFCASS wrote a letter to court and had the order overturned.Now only i will be tested and not my wife with 2 children that are biologically her sisters
