I had a full body massage with Sandra and it was absolutely amazing. She is a really lovely person, professional but also with a great sense of humour and conversation! She went at a great pace, so I never felt rushed, which is important when getting a massage therapy. I've now found my new therapist in Cardiff! Highly recommend and thanks again Sandra. :)

I had a full body massage with Sandra which was probably the best massage treatment I’ve ever had. I’ve been struggling with a lot of chest wall pain which I explained to Sandra & she catered the massage to suit my specific needs. Sandra had just lovely energy & I felt like not only did I receive the treatment that was booked, I also received some therapy through Sandra’s calming/welcoming nature & good conversation. I’m looking forward to my next treatment. The clinic is easy to find with great parking spots which is unusual to find in this area. Booking was simple & easy too which is always a plus when you are someone like me with a busy lifestyle. I would most definitely recommend.

Had a lovely body massage with Sandra. Was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. The massage is tailored to your needs/preferences, including intensity, area focused on, essential oils and use of pillows, eye mask etc. Would definitely recommend!

Feeling amazing!! Sandra is wonderful, she took the time to ask what I needed, and tailored the massage to my exact needs. She has a super calming nature, making you feel at ease straight away, and paired with the relaxing environment it was lovely. I've never left a massage feeling so relieved, Sandra really knows her stuff! I had a sports massage with hot stones today with Sandra and it really was amazing! She is so professional and lovely, communicating with Erik was also very easy and he is also lovely and you feel so at ease when you are there. All the knots are out of my shoulders and I'm so relaxed - Sandra really is excellent at what she does, attentive to any issues you may have and tailoring the service to sort any particular problem areas. Would 100% recommend!

Best massage in Cardiff. From the moment I arrived Sandra created a warm and calming experience and I felt immediately at ease. She is clearly very skilled in massages, taking the time to get out each knot in my back. Awesome experience. 1000% recommend!
