Worst service for Schengen Visa. Avoid at all costs. Disregarded all previous travel history and trip itineraries given during the application. Gave the minimum duration, violating EU Schengen code specified in the Schengen Visa Code that came into force on February 2, 2020.

If I could give zero I would, let me explain why, the staff there, were very rude you would ask them a question they made you feel really stupid, they would shout at you if you asked them for something, they are very unprofessional, their clothes were very bad, at home I dress a lot better than them, they looked like tramps, no uniform where you can recognize them. The security man very rude he should get sacked he just shouted at you for no reason, that company should be shut down and should be a new Portuguese company with proper staff. The staff that work there asked questions which weren't important and revellant to what I asked for, they all should be sacked. The staff there are idiots with capital letters IDIOTS.

I can tell you as portuguese person living in the uk and dealing with multiple embassy in london the portuese Embassy staff are the most arogant and stuck up I have ever dealt with. It is almost as if they have distain towards anyone calling in and its as if they are bitter and loave their jobs. This gives portuguese people a bad name. Unfortunatly, us portuguese think we are some kind of roylality and person of significant inportance if they hold a basic education and achieve a moderate positiona as any profesional"the lack of customer skills certainly indicates all of the above"

you provide tickets for 6 month of travel and after getting the Schengen for other countries 3 times for 6 month period each from other countries previously then Portuguese consulate gives you one for 15 day single entry after refusing it the first time - wait and apply for other countries much easier, faster and longer grants

If you need anything from them just pray, I was pregnant when I first started to contact them. I informed many times and I have not been treated with priority.Multiple times emails and phone calls endless waiting, rude and unhelpful staff. They make it absolutely impossible to put a time on the calendar, however they only answer is: you need to book a time on the calendar.My baby has been born and now we're fighting to get his registration and my renovation and still nothing.If you need anything from them get tickets to Portugal.SHAME

One of the worst places, take so much time for the decision. Cancelled my flights my all booking and cost me more than you can travel to good country. You don't get proper answer the answer they have is “ we can't do anything” just pray you get your passport back. At least apply 3 or 4 months before if unluckily you have to travel.

Very Unprofessional Security Guard from Prime watch security.-> On arrival, we informed that we are here for B.I collection.He replied with rude words “What” and disgusting face. “Who B.I”Still I laughed and replied please have a look on letter. He start flirting with all girls around us. Including members of staff exiting and entering. He left us aside.-> member of embassy called us from stairs.After finishing of procedure, me and my wife need to talk with members of embassy because we received unexpected letter from embassy.-> security team was very raciest and you can’t. He said work is done go away from here with hand gestures.-> I need to bring this behaviour to Ambassador. This type of behaviour is unacceptable in London.->we both are Doctors working for NHS.This behaviour is unacceptable in london.-> I request to take necessary step for security guard. He is black guy with curly hair. Can’t communicate with English with necessary knowledge. He’s posting on 11/September/2023. White guy with him also supported to laugh on us.

This is the Biggest Joke of Century.I am trying to book my appointment for more then 2 months now but still not successful. Tried calling them but no luck yet. My passport is already expired.Who ever is trying to book an appointment good luck for them.
