It's easy to use this Costa because of the massive amount of parking in the new shopping park. It's just one large shop unit so not much character and a bit noisy when it's full. On the plus side everything still feels quite new and it is clean.As others have said phone reception is poor and WiFi is very weak. Some staff are friendly, others don't realise they are in a service industry. Space is ridiculously limited at the checkout with insufficient counter space right by the drink station. Most Costas will use a tray as standard. Not here. Old guy in front of me was given 3 plates of hot food and two hot drinks. He had to ask for a tray and then eventually a staff member offered to help but he was deaf and did not hear her. More training needed.

the toast was nice. The coffee was much better than Costa in Malaysia. service was ok. Unlike in MY and SG, I was told the Barista at chained cafe like this won't draw latte art.

Great service, a great barista who had me in a fit of laughter, plenty of different drinks, and my favourite salted caramel frappe would highly recommend overall great atmosphere

LOVE going to Costa but for some reason I had poor mobile reception in this Costa and there didn't seem to be any WiFi available but I'm a bit of a technophobe so it might have been me! Unusual that the toilets are kept locked and you have to obtain the code to unlock them from the staff - hadn't come across this before in a Costa.I do like this Costa as there's plenty of seating available and you can park right outside, particularly useful when you're disabled like me. The girl serving was very nice, offering to bring my coffee to the table as I was on crutches. Pro's and con's but I've been before and I'll definitely be going back again.

Went for a coffee at costa inside Next, the most disgusting coffee ever I had tasted. Wasted my money on this shop.

Too hot inside, no Wifi and terrible signal. Good if it's winter and you don't need to use your phone during the time inside or want just a takeaway. If you want to relax or work/study go to Starbucks in front.

The shop is nice, bright and airy. It has nice decors throughout. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I even got a free cookie as the first one she gave me is broken which is quite nice. I had a wet cappuccino and it was as I want my coffee to be. I love the atmosphere of the shop a bit busy but with the right amount of buzz going.
