Great fun for kids and adults alike, now with a jurasuc themed crazy golf too. Cafe and toilets on site with plenty of seating but upstairs on first level.

I came with work, I work with austistic children and we enjoy coming to fusion quite often, however tonight. I came with a child and due to the child’s autism the child was refusing to wear the socks. One of the young staff member who were supervising the trampoline was very rude and not understanding and was informed we we would have to leave, the child was having a difficult time and the member of staff was making the situation worse as she was hoovering and kept looking over so staff felt rushed and was causing stress to the child.

Saturday 18th November.I arrived for the 2pm session with 2 very excited great nephew & niece.All perfect for myself and children during the saftey session.I went upstairs for a cuppa-table-chair although messy all was still good.Then I noticed the older lady sat on the young man's lap...YEP!!! HEAVY PETTING AT A CHILDRENS PLAY AREA...Why on earth a member of staff did not approach these people is beyond me.I didn't want to leave my personal belongings at the table and I doubt very much the MANAGERS who were from what I noticed young would have removed this couple.It's a CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA for goodness sake...Go get a cheap room...

Great place for kids and parents to relax. They also include a cafe where you can buy drinks, sweets, hot food including hotdog (The best).

Today i went there for my brothers birthday and when we got to the party room we had this guy called Carl helping us as our party host he was really nice I had a good chat with him and he was really helpful to everyone and kept asking do you want me to do anything

The crazy golf was excellent. Great holes with some challenging ones in amongst them and all nicely laid out. Only issue was the really bad smell from the water around some of the holes. Was very bad in places

Awful place. Zero flooring down in the main area and everything looks worn and grubby. Appears to be only young adults maybe 16-20 years old on duty and none of them are approachable. Seating upstairs, tables arent regularly cleared of left food and drinks. In my entire 3 hours no one anti bacterial wiped anything. Toilets are a disgrace, but what do you expect with youngsters using them. No checking on their state or cleaning - floor absolutely soaked in urine. The equipment looks like its had some investment - anamatronic t rex, card accepting machines and a zipline. Shame the general facilities are shoddy and worn.

Really nice place, very clean and amazing place for the kids. Cafe is really good, with a nice seating area over looking everything. Staff were all really helpfull, Sammy at the cafe was really friendly, polite and helpfull. Will definitely be back kids loved it and had an really good time. We were here for a party and the party room was really nice.

Once we found it down the back end of the Industrail estate 1st impressions where really good.It was busy but seemed very well organised and after a quick safety briefing the kids where ready to get stuck in. There seemed to be a lot of different things to try out and the kids had a great staff, there were plenty of staff around keeping an eye on people!We where there for a party, and the girls who where there to set the party up and bring us food where really nice! A great asset to the company, the food was not bad either!! All in all a great day.Cons:Seemed a few of the timers didn’t work so the kids couldn’t try and beat each other’s times
