It was my first visit today at 4pm. Both the ladies took time with my hair cut and I felt so pampered. Had a friendly chat while hair cut. Loved the hair cut too. £34 for long hair was also affordable. Will be back for other services.Thank you!

I came to Halo after not long giving birth and wanted to have a bit of a pamper and a refresh. I decided to have a perm that was would be like beachy/loose waves. Jacqui was brilliant, she took time to listen to what I wanted. I cannot fault the experience and service I received. I've been so impressed by the hairdressers, I've booked to go again.

I have recently had the Keratin Hair Treatment done by Jacqui. It’s a long process between 3-4 hours but trust the process it’s so worth it!Firstly it gave me sleek, smooth and shiny hair that didn’t even feel like mine when I ran my fingers through it!Secondly it’s so much faster to wash dry and style this is so important to me being a mum of a young family always putting myself last now I can take the time to look after manage and maintain the look I want without taking time I don’t haveNaturally I have very difficult hair to manage but am desperate to keep it long. I have very dry, damaged, thick curly hair. Years of yo-yoing between keeping it curly and it getting matted and having to rip through the knots or frantically blow drying and straightening it just to get a brush through it. The heat and products I was using were definitely damaging my hair but not as much as the knots and matts from leaving it curly and in a bobble.I had heard about the keratin hair treatments on make over shows on Tv and just knew if I had one it would change my life. Considered cutting it all off but I really knew this was my last chance to keep my long hair and make it manageable. So I called to check my hair dressers Halo Hair and Beauty and glad they did the treatment with it being a long treatment the staff have always been a lovely bunch really chatty friendly and approachable so I knew the time would fly by. Which it did.It helped that Jacqui took the time to recommend ways of looking after my hair and making the treatment last longer also suggesting products and brushes to use.I will absolutely be booking in for this every 6 months!

At first the appointment seemed to be going well, showed Jackie the owner a photo of what I wanted and agreed she could lighten my hair significantly. After 2 washes I am left with very streaky highlights that have been looked at by another salon - they think it has all been rushed hence the stripes I'm left with. I have contacted the salon since to query this and been completely ignored - sadly, avoid. Poor to just ignore a customer.

Came here to get perm done, all the staff was lovely, chatty and accommodating. I really felt at home. Hair looks amazing and I was taught about the process and aftercare, feel as though they really understood how I wanted my hair very happy!!! Would Recommend!!

I had been looking through Google, when by chance I found this lovely salon and on a whim booked an appointment with a trainee stylist. I was not disappointed. First time going and Morgan and the other ladies couldn't have made me feel more welcome. They talked me through the process, my expectations and the outcome. I am so pleased with my hair that I booked again with her.. X
