Brilliant service from start to finish. Paul was quick to reply to my initial enquiry and provided a competitive quote for a new boiler. The works were carried out two weeks later. The team were friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend.

We moved in to our new house today to find the boiler not working. I called Paul this afternoon and he came out on his way home, adding extra time to his day and got our heating and hot water working within no time. Very grateful as we have a 6 month old (who Paul was great with too!) Couldn't recommend him more! Same day, quick response, and gave us a quote for a new boiler when we asked. 10/10!

Paul and his team installed a new external boiler, replacing one which should be in a boiler museum. From the start Paul was easy to communicate with, up front, didn't try and sell extras. The quote was the best I had been given. An installation date was set, once a deposit had been paid. Due to staff sickness, this date needed to be moved, which was no problem as Paul communicated extremely well over it. They were a great team to have installing the system, and Paul also answered and sorted a query out of hours. Pauls really understands good customer service. Thanks to you all.

Replacement Oil Tank - Rang Paul Saturday as oil tank was leaking, he advised how to temporary seal the tank and after sending photos of leak he emailed competitive quote for replacement. Arrived Tuesday to replace which was done quickly and efficiently by his friendly and polite team. Great job, highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of having Paul Braybrooke replace an oil tank for my Father-in-law, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the outcome. Paul and his team supplied and installed an Atlantis 1350 litre oil tank, complete with an Atlantis float gauge and filter kit.The process began with the seamless transfer of heating oil from the old tank to the new one, ensuring that not a drop was wasted. They also took care of the removal and environmentally responsible disposal of the old tank.Reconnecting the oil line and fittings was done with precision and efficiency, and I have complete peace of mind knowing that everything is in perfect working order.I can't recommend Paul Braybrooke's services highly enough. Discovered there was a leak in the pipe work to the boiler on Monday evening. I phoned Paul that night and despite being very busy he agreed to come over the following day to see what needed doing. Paul quickly recognised the issue, got the parts needed and returned the same day to fix it. Very quick turn around and a lovely bloke to add to it. Thoroughly recommend!
