Went here for a quick stop on the way home and decided to eat with royalty at Burger King.Well, there goes the quick stop. After what appeared to be a timespan akin to raising and preparing the meat for my meal, the food arrived both missing and disappointing.With no chips given, a missing onion ring and tangy mayo I will not be returning to this establishment in any form of hurry!Cappuccino was ok.

Stopped for a coffee at Starbucks which was fine. Also has a caramel shortbread slice which seemed quite small for the price. The toilets were fine but there were a few things that needed fixing

Clean and had everything you need kfc and Burger King , had a whopper meal there service was slow although seemed quiet and the chips were cold had I had not been on a time limit I would of complained, was average at best ! Did the job in a rush !

A very welcome break from the M4 indeed. Good facilities and eating options.And lovely to see a new installation of a big row of EV chargers in addition to couple that were scattered around.

Plenty of service station offerings in the M4 the Welsh side of the bridge. Stopped off for a coffee en route home after a meeting in Wales. Wasn't that busy, when I was there. It's a small service station so could be full at busy times. Has the normal facilities as expected.

Long queue to get in car park, car park does not have the best layout and is too small at busy times. The Services is ok for a quick stop. There is no dog walking area and the outside seating is directly behind the disabled parking spaces, not very pleasant if someone sits there with their engine running. On the upside it has a drive through KFC.

Poor hygiene standards, this was taken at 8am so it's not even the end of the day.Is this what clients deserve? When did we start lowering the standards this much?

Reasonable, clean, adequate services. Lots of empty milk-float chargers, today. Kentucky, B-King and Starbucks, with Smiths and Waitrose. Was really hoping for a sit-down restaurant... But this was more of a 'grab & go' facility (with shared tables just outside the fast food outlets and the toilets). Not bad... clean and quick. Just not GREAT.

Burger King staff were incredibly slow. I thought they'd gone to the butchers for supplies. A lot of the cheaper burgers had run out and on a Sunday would you believe? Just wish I'd gone to the carvery next door.
