Steer clear, terrible aftercare and customer service! You have been warned! Unfortunately after contacting this company to supply a present for my wife's birthday, the picture arrived in a frame that was not as expected. The seller will likely say that we agreed a frame over email to try and counteract this review, whilst we agreed a frame, I sent the seller details and a picture of the frame that I wanted. They sent a poor quality flat mockup of the picture to me and did not make clear the frame would not be flush, the mock-up however made it look as I wanted / expected, what turned up was totally different! I contacted their sales team once it was delivered today to say I was disappointed and would like to return under the distance selling regulations, or have the piece re-framed to a suitable frame, at which point I got quite a snotty response back telling me it was supplied as agreed and is exempt from distance selling regulations as it was a custom order. They also state it is an authorised print, but provided no certificate as they illustrate with authorised prints on their site. I would steer clear and definitely do not shop online with them, if you do, any issues they will wash their hands of you. I've ended up with a cheap print I could have ordered direct from the artists store online quicker, and in a frame that is useless and has to be removed, a waste of £260 a ruined birthday. Ordered a sculpture, arrived very quickly but unfortunately was damaged. Once contacted, they immediately sent out a replacement and repaid all postage costs to send back the damaged piece. Damages happen but for me it’s always about how it’s handled and The Gallery went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I love my Edge Sculpture and will definitely use The Gallery in the future, as I have a feeling Edge might be my new collection xx Thank you.

I think this company need to conduct some internal training and to work on their after sales care and customer service. I see some other reviews on here stating the same, so clearly not an isolated incident. A close friend ordered from this company and they clearly set a different expectation to the product that was delivered as I have seen the correspondence. He sent an exact picture of the frame he wanted, they sent a picture back of a corner of the frame (not complete), off to the bottom of the picture was a separate tube looking piece, which wasn't combined with the frame or represented as part of the finished product in any way, the picture they then sent of a mock-up was not representational of what was delivered. They are obviously used to using 'custom orders' as a way to try and counteract the distance selling regulations. He asked me for advice and personally it looks to me as though he has a case under the Consumer Rights Act.
