Horrible customer service! I asked for a quotation for an auction conveyancing , I was agreed with the quotation and had the mortgage offer and I gave this solicitor details to my lender, when I wanted to instruct them they took one week to send the legal pack and once I started to fill the information the called me to say the quotation wasn't right and they didn't know if they could take this matter! what a joke! when in an auction you don't have time to waste!!! Time wasters!

The york team are absolutely fantastic. They dealt with my Uncle's estate so well that I trusted them with the conveyancing of my subsequent property purchase. Once again they pass with flying colours; having been in contact with other solicitors before I can confidently recommend Ramsdens as a truly professional outfit. I myself will be using them in future for legal matters.
