Ordered food to a local hotel and paid online. Food never came, absolute disgrace of a delivery service. No apology and they stopped answering the phone. Wouldn't refund the £20 odd pounds either. Wouldn't recommend in Birmingham there's many other respectable places to order from!!Update: As the food was ordered through justeat, a complaint was made directly to just eat and they have refunded the £22 without question.

First and last time ordering.Sent salt & chilli chips instead of salt and chilli chicken.Sweet and sour sauce instead of curry sauce..So my dinner consisted of dry egg fried rice and salt and chilli chips.

Wish I could write 10 stars! I will not order from any other Chinese restaurant. Everything is delicious. Surprised by how none of the fried food was oily or heavy. Really fresh vegetables in the dishes. Good for if you have vegetarians or vegans in your house as well! Highly recommend.

Food arrived an hour and a half late. When called to chase the woman was not apologetic and rude. Food quality was awful with sweet corn soup having meat in it! Will not order from here again even if the food is free!

So disappointed, ordered food at 7.11pm it’s not 9.46pm and it’s only just arrived (we have refused the food now.) Miss Lis doesn’t answer the phone we have called about 100 times with no response, no option to give any sort of discount for the inconvenience. I am really understanding of how busy it can be in a saturday evening but there’s no way anyone should be waiting for 2.5 hours with no way to contact the restaurant. We’ve been regular customers for over a year so it’s a shame we won’t be coming back after the lack of respect for your customers.

Ordered a takeaway from here and I am blown away. The food was amazing with loads of vegan alternatives that tasted incredible. The food was affordable and great for a Sunday night meal. I would definitely recommend this place and they even chucked in a few freebies for no particular reason which was a lovely surprise.Overall 15/10
