This company did our back garden recently. They did an amazing job planning, sourcing the materials, and executing the work. They were great value, lovely to deal with, and did the job in good time and to a really high standard. Myself and my family are delighted with our new garden and would definitely recommend JRT Landscapes.

I rang JRT Landscaping and they came to view the job within a couple of days. The garden and driveway had become extremely overgrown and there were brambles, weeds, broken seating, all sorts of rubbish hidden beneath the brambles. It was in a very poor state. A very fair price was quoted and details agreed. He came to carry out the job within about 10 days. On one of the hottest days, they carried out all that was agreed and worked extremely hard. The garden is hardly recognisable from before their hard work. We are very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend Rhys and his team and will definitely use them again.

Shoddy work carried out, took way too long to complete the job as was on day rate, just a complete cowboy rhys is would not recommend or trust

I have used Rhys and JRT landscapes at least 5 times since I discovered them 6 years ago. They have landscaped my gardens, done decking and replaced fences at all of the houses that I have lived at. I’ve recommended them to friends and family who have also used their services.Hardworking, reliable, honest and great ideas to make use of the spaces and budgets available. Price quoted is the price paid - I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Look no further. I can highly recommend this firm.Having had my garden previously landscaped by cowboys, I needed someone to fix the problems.Scott was very professional and helpful. He explained the issues and how he would fix them.His work was excellent with great attention to detail.I am very happy with the results. So much so, I have requested Scott to carry out more work.Having seen the quality of his work, neighbours have also requested his help.

Would highly recommend. We recently moved and inherited a 20 year+ overgrown garden which needed doing from the bottom up - levelling, drainage etc. This took almost 3 weeks during day after day of rain in May/June but Scott and Terry were still there every day (including most weekends) working extremely hard. Scott totally knows his trade and he took pains to make sure everything was done correctly. The result is the low maintenance garden we wanted and it looks amazing. Our family and friends are very impressed too. Thank you guys.

Terrible job by JRT.After an enthusiastic and positive visit to view the job, I have been left very disappointed by the work done by JRT. Owner thinks he's a lot better than he is but it’s all talk.Attention to detail is poor. Since finishing the job I've found a ton of slabs, bricks and rocks just beneath the surface of a planting area. Drainage pipe useless. Laid running upwards about 2 inches beneath the surface and not solid. Water gathering still!Water also surrounding pergola, which will, without doubt, decay in no time.He used my waste bulb filled soil and clay to fill raised beds and borders - purely to cut costs. I've needed to buy additional top soil to fill huge gaps.On first cut of newly laid lawn it is apparent that this company takes no pride in its work. Lawn has not taken almost 6 months on. It comes away from the soil. Why? Soil underneath was not prepared, turf laid on top of stones, slabs and clay. It is completely waterlogged and rotting. Mesh is clearly visible and poor quality of turf is now evident.My advise - insist on a detailed, itemised quote and get it signed. Supervise every step of the job. Owner is vague on cost and will ask for extras without providing invoices.I selected JRT for his seemingly creative suggestions, despite his quote being high.I wish I hadn’t.

They arrive appear enthusiastic and then do not deliver as they promised. They do not return to rectify their mistakes - my advice - steer clear!
