Great experience with Primero and we are very glad we went with them in the end. The quality and finish of items are excellent, and the price was competitive given everything was bespoke. Other companies gave us the bare minimum for a similar price. Would highly recommend for fitted wardrobes!

A very impressive service provided by Primero. The showroom is very user friendly where you can pick the type of doors, interior and additions. Important thing is that you can see what you are choosing and it’s not something from a book or little cards. The design was demonstrated on the computer and this was done on a decent software compared to others that I saw when I shopped around. I made many changes to the type of doors, design and layout and Nilafa in the showroom was very good because she was patient and spend time with us. It was also important that we were able to bring the children into the showroom to agree their bedrooms. The end result is that we got a very impressive bedroom units and we are very satisfied. Well done to a brilliant job.

Exceptional service from the entire team at Primero. Cannot fault in anyway. The journey of decision making all the way to having the fitters on site was a great experience. I chose Primero to remake my kitchen and it’s fair to say it has exceeded my expectations by far. They started from scratch and have designed me a beautiful modern kitchen which is more than I have ever wanted. Special thanks to the owner Yusuf who was very kind and friendly and made sure he personally came and checked that everything was going ok. Excellent work also from the fitter Paul. I chose Primero to install my wardrobes having had quotes from a couple of other firms. I'm thoroughly delighted with the service Primero gave and with my wardrobes. Customer service is exemplary from ordering, to completion. Their team are exceptional from visiting my home to measure and providing a computer design of interior and exterior was really helpful.The team in the showroom are fantastic giving excellent guidance and advice on colours and interiors. Communication was really good, they contacted me when they said they would and arranged for installation in the time frame I was expecting.The craftsman who installed my wardrobe was precise, careful and thoughtful and the completed job is superb and exceeds my expectation.

I want to say a huge thank you to all Primero team! After visiting their show room, I’ve ordered two built in wardrobes for our bedrooms. Wardrobes arrived promptly, the quality is great, installation took about a day, fitters were super professional! It’s even better than I expected, very pleased and highly recommend Primero.

Great service from start to finish. This is our fourth bedroom outfitted by Primero and would recommend for quality, cost and installation. Shout out to Yusuf who is always reachable and considers every detail, and to our fitters Rafael and Damian, who were incredibly fast and polished in their work. Will use again without hesitation.

We are delighted with the fitted wardrobes, designed and installed by Primero. We were guided through the design process, and bespoke items such as framing out store cupboards were catered for. Yusuf in particular was always available when queries arose and he always explained design and technical features with a great knowledge of the product. We would highly recommend using Primero.

Excellant customer service. We got 3 fitted wardrobe and fitted bespoke media centre and a bespoke wall mandir. Excellant quality and finish. Arthur is an excellant fitter. We are super happy.
