Very friendly and helpful, no rush to make a decision any problems just take the item back and it will be sorted.

Amazing staff full of knowledge and kindness! Best fitting process ever with patience and care! Great stock as well with fair pricing and certain bargains. I had my club fitting session with Mark and really enjoyed the process. Without being forced to buy anything as my existing clubs turnout to be ok for my current ability, i added one missing club from my set as per my own request as i felt i was missing a wedge to tackle hazards around the green. Mark found for me the perfect one which significantly upgraded my game around the green without breaking the bank (in fact it was one of the cheapest clubs i ve ever bought). Cheers to Mark and this amazing staff!

Staff don't know their own Christmas returns policy. Got told only an exchange would be given till 31st Jan and that I couldn't have a gift card. WRONG.went to Gateshead brach and got gift card valid for 12month.Awful attitude of staff. Plus twice told something was unavailable online only to find it wasn't when I got home.

At first , the store was out of stock , but the assistant took the bother to contact other branches ,and finally found one in Bristol, which was then shipped up to Newcastle ...These days , a lot ofassistants wouldn't have bothered in this way ...first class service !!!

Always friendly and helpful. And these guys don't pressure you to buy something. Unlike other golf stores I've been in. But if you are interested in something they go out their way to give you the best advice which is beneficial to you.

Fabulous - They did not have the size I wanted in stock, it was ordered and received within 48 hrs. The staff could not have been more helpful - they found me a a different jacket from the same manufacturer to try on so that they could ensure that the correct size was ordered for me.

Great service and attention to detail. Full practice on the computer swing analysis worked the Oracle and I bought a set of Benross irons! Really enjoyed the experience.
