Very unprofessional and unreliable. I arranged with the guy to come down and measure rooms. I left work earlier to be back home on time. Nobody appeared or rang so I started chasing him. He said he was running late and he could come down on the next day. Told him I was in a hurry because of furniture coming so finally he measured later on that day. I picked few carpets from his fb page- he said they don’t have them. He supposed to send me photos of what they actually have, and that was 2 weeks ago. I got someone else in a meantime, job is done and I ll never use then again. Bear in mind that ppl who s done the job for me for the same price had much better quality carpets and underlays included in price! Honestly tag flooring is definitely not worth consideration!
