Lovely girl started to deal with me than I was swarmed by four other staff only interested in a quick sale considering I only went ìn to find info on a smart watch.your a disgrace and hope the commotion was more important than customers needs. Your a bunch of leeches

Plenty of phones etc on display, but the young chap I spoke to didn't seem at all interested. Been an O2 customer for many years and at end of a contract but didn't make any commitment in shop - will do it online instead or change provider.

Amateurish and dishonest. Met with Paul at start of the week. My wife and I needed new phones, she also wanted a Apple watch. We confirmed our requirements and selected a phone. Paul informed us that 02 had extended their offer throughout December. We agreed to meet up on Friday with all our details, bank, PAC code and such when we arrived he pretended he didn't recognise us. He abruptly said that he sees hundreds of people a week. Long story short. He said that 02 changed their airtime deal he said sorry about that. I told him that we'd cancelled our existing contracts and he didn't care one iota. Do yourself a favour, keep away from them. They're either incompetent or liars.

02 needs to retrain the staff of this store. Was into pre order the iphone 15 max after terriable launch day issues on web site. Not only did they try to claim it was not even online as pre order bare faced lie. they also claimed the max was a £50 up front cost again not the case for existing customers why do sales people try to lie this day and ages majority’s of customers looking this phone are not dumb dont treat us as such walked out of store stating dont lie to your customers!!! bad show o2

Went in to the shop tonite just after 8 dont no the two fellas that assisted me it was my fault didnt here there names but they helped me so pleasant thanks guys

I'm only giving 5 stars to colin that works in the 02 shop at abbey centre as he was the only one that could get my issue sorted I rang 02 customers services initially about being over charged they refused to give me a refund and refused to sort out my other issue regarding my contract even tho I give them proof all they kept saying was your not getting a refund and they refused to sort my contract they were down right cheeky even tho it was their job to sort the issues out. I called in colin was fantastic he sorted the issue while on the phone with customers service he was able to get them to do their jobs and fix my contract and provide me with a refund from charge on my account

Worst experience ever, went there to get a new switch up plan after calling customer support, and one of the staff had no interest in what we had to say, I told him about the call and in-store voucher code from unidays, but he had no interest and just told me we don't offer switch-up plans here, go to the city centre shop.
