Burger King

Missing items in order. Sent me a burger I didn't order which on the menu is less money than what I paid, and the food was stone cold! Haven't received any compensation! £24.86 for a missing meal and cold kids meal which i had to reheat in the microwave. All happened on my birthday whilst homebound and sick. Thanks burger king, great job!

Last Monday,I went there and I ordered vegan royale meal for our family and the quality of food was good and hot. Service was very fast like 10 out of 10 .There were one lady on the til who was taking my order and suggesting me their best deals .I asked her name and her name start from the S . She was friendly

Received Flyer in the mailbox from Putney branch when they opened a couple of months ago for a £3.99 meal offer, flyer also stated many more deals available on the BK app!Took the flyer in, showed it when placed my order for that same meal, was told it would cost £8.99. I pointed at the 3.99 on the offer, was told again it’s 8.99. I asked what the point was of distributing flyers with an offer, if they don’t accept the offer? Person just looked at me, no answer. Asked to speak with someone more senior, person came, showed her the flyer, she okayed the 3.99 offer, but overall gave me a feeling as if I was causing some kind of problem for them…Having said that, the BK app, which was also promoted on said flyer, is useless in the Putney branch, as mobile orders are not accepted for this branch in the app, so none of the offers from the BK app can be used in the Putney branch.Poor experience: unfriendly staff, don’t want to accept the offer they promote with their own flyer, and the app which they promote with their own flyer is useless in this branch.Was looking forward to finally having BK in Putney. Very disappointed.I guess I’ll continue to have next door’s Five Guys instead, better food and friendlier staff!!!!

I think I’ve just been scammed it said outside Burger King?! Don’t let the reviews fool you. Tried to order on the machine - didn’t work. No biggie, so I ordered at the till, took around half an hour (does fast food even exist anymore?) chips cold, bun soggy, looks like it’s been thrown at the wall before it got put in my take out bag. Worst BK I’ve ever had.Go to five guys next door.

Staff not welcoming and friendly at all. My experience, I shall add. Paid for double plant whopper. Given single. When I raised it, one guy took it with the kitchen staff and I got a different person challenging me. I showed the receipt and got a mumbled apology. I was so looking forward to the experience after so many years of not having BK. Not going back I’m afraid.

I had a chance to visit Burger King Putney today … very friendly staff ,, food was well prepared……

The restaurant is new so it is clean. Some of the touchscreens weren’t working and they are not very user friendly. The menu could also do with some variation. I ordered the Double Whopper Meal with Cheese or Bacon. When it arrived they realised they hadn’t put any cheese or bacon on it so took it back behind the counter and plonked some cold uncrispy bacon and a cold slice of what I can only describe as plastic cheese into the bun and handed it back to me.The Bun was made of very poor quality bread which totally fell apart when I tried to eat it. The burgers themselves were Lukewarm and the salad was not adequately cut. It was a very bland unseasoned meal, certainly not flame grilled as advertised more microwaved if anything and at lunchtime too..It also left a bad taste in my mouth which persisted for the rest of the day.Surely Burger King can do better than this especially in Putney. I won’t be going back until they do.

It has been open for a few months now but they still keep getting the basics wrong.The burgers are cold. Apparently, you now have to pay for Mayo but ketchup is still free and never ever ask for ice in your drink because they fill it to the brim with ice. There is no need for this restaurant to be cheap.
