I have recently had my bathroom floor replaced and could not recommend this company more. The service received from Aleasha was great; samples were sent for and received really quickly and the job was arranged at a very reasonable price. Tommy the fitter did an amazing job and has many years of experience for more challenging jobs. The floor looks great and has been fitted very neatly.

So happy with our new flooring. The service from start to finish has been brilliant. Aleasha from the shop was very helpful and Dean who fitted was very friendly and did an amazing job!! Would really recommend them.

From the initial telephone conversation with Aleasha to Tommy arriving at our property to survey and offer advice to Dean and Matt completing the works it has all been faultless. Contacted Aleasha who was so helpful from start to finish. Recently had bedroom carpet fitted by Tom and Matt, nothing was too much trouble, Tom visited twice to help decide on final colour. Really happy with the result, carpet looks and feels lovely. Will definitely use again for other rooms and highly recommend to others.

Moved into a property with bright orange terracotta hallway and washroom floor tiles, had to make the change to have them removed. Contacted Fast Track Flooring in Ashford Kent spoke to Aleasha the office Manager and the customer experience from start to finish was outstanding, very polite and helpful with experienced advice coaching us on best ideas to resolve. Outcome is we had the tiles removed by a very hard-working fitter Tommy, the debris from the hallway was all cleared away the floor was then screed and levelled, following day we had the new flooring laid improving the home 1000%. Cannot thank Fast Track Flooring enough, having lived in our property for over 5 years with the existing flooring we decided for a change. From start to finish the process was very easy, advice given on right flooring to choose and excellent samples to pick from. We are so happy with the finished result. The quality of the product and the quality of the fitting is exceptional. Just shows you how much difference a floor can make to a room! Will certainly be using Fast Track Flooring again and be recommending to all friends and family.

Aleasha and the team at Fast Track Flooring have done the flooring in two properties for us. The work they carry out is at such an incredibly high standard. Fast Track Flooring were recommended to us by our builder. The selection of flooring was huge but Aleasha explained all our options. When we had decided on the finish she then explained in detail the sequence of layers required to repair our damaged floor.The team arrived on time each day and kept the work area and access through the house clean. At the end of each sequence of work they explained what they had done and when we could walk on the floor.The finished floor is perfect.
