We had some particular requirements for our replacement windows. The guys from Goatley took some photos of our ideas and turned them into reality. We are extremely pleased with the results, being in our opinion far better than we expected. Additionally, the fitters (Chris and Dan) turned up as scheduled to carry out the installation. We have had other firms supply and fit windows and Goatley’s are far and away the best leaving our home clean, and a very neat installation inside and out. We are so pleased that we have ordered a new front door from them too. If you need replacement windows and/or a new door, use Goatley’s, you won’t regret it.

Outstanding product and workmanship.We were nervous about replacing the windows in our old cottage where none of the walls are straight or level, but the Goatley team worked with enthusiasm to produce an excellent result. We also expected to have a considerable amount of work to do to finish the job but there really wasn't anything, and we're embarrassed to say that the house was probably cleaner after they left than before they started!The new windows are excellent quality and sound reduction is remarkable.The crew were good humoured, polite and professional. They all worked extremely hard and clearly took great pride in their work. Even the singing was nearly in tune!Very impressive.Highly recommended without hesitation.

Customer service I had was 10 out 10, I will say not the cheapest quote I had but I can say you pay for what you get. I had Adrian fit my sunflex bi fold door he is a master at his job. I'm so happy I've already order a set of french doors to be fitted as well. I Can not recommend enough to anyone

I had this company replace the front door on my Victorian flat. Not only is it very secure but it also looks fantastic and is in keeping with the stye of the building. They were great to deal with, very helpful, friendly, efficient, and I would recommend using them if you want top quality and excellent customer service.
